I brought my daughter here yesterday and was told they were having a sale on body products buy 3 get 3 for free so I purchased 6 items expecting to receive the promotion When I got home I realized they only charged me for 5 items so I called they told me to come back they would fix mistake please tell why I was charged the same amount of money for an extra item and did not receive the promotion this is not how you do business people please check your receipts I called corporate and explained the situation and got a 50 dollar e gift card which wasn't a total loss but please check your receipts!!!!

After placing an online order, six hours later I walked into the store to check if it was ready. As I walk toward the counter I notice the sale associate putting items in a bag and sitting the bag behind the counter. As I approach the counter I told the associate my name and she told me there is no order under that name.The bag directly behind her had my name on it. That wasn’t a really the issue maybe she didn’t notice.I was told two of my items were out of stock but when I checked myself they were in full stock not far from the counter.What is the point of online pickup when I have to find the items myself after already paying because the workers are not looking properly. I don’t like to write reviews but I was very disappointed.

Although the prices can be a little high, they always have promotions that make it easier to purchase several products on each visit. They are all of very good quality and the fragrances are super varied so there is something for all tastes.

At this location, I picked up an order on Saturday and purchased more items, and the young girl at the checkout was very rude and had a bad attitude. I've never experienced anything like this in any other BBW locations in south Florida or USA. This is very bad!

Getting too expensive and when you put these things in you smell for 5 min and by the time you walk out the door you look like snow white. Point Blank it does not work. The lotion is no good the spray is no good. They just need to keep the price under $5.00

Love this store. They are good about exchanging wallflowers that have burned out, depending on how old they are. Great customer service and rewards!
