Nice to see they are still in business and back in a smaller store. Limted selection compared to previous location here. I don't know how they stay in business when we checked every book we were going to buy on Amazon, and they were at least $5 less.

Nice place to read a good IT related book and have a coffee at the coffee bar. Allows you time and peaceful environment while checking out the IT related cert books.

Came there with the intention of returning books I bought online. The 2 workers didn't even know how to refund me they had to give me store credit. The rudest one an old stocky woman with grey hair, she just stood and laughed at me with the other customers while I tried to figure it out on my phone. Later on after calling customer service I found out IF YOU DO buy using PAYPAL online and want to return, you have to call BN customer service and they will mail you a return slip to send the items back to them and you can get a REFUND BACK TO YOUR PAYPAL. Not even the BN workers knew about that.

Huge selection for everyone, great location, customer service wasn't nice in my experience, cashier was rude and looked upset for some reason. You can find better prices at Target and Amazon
