It’s always something with this bank. You come here to get help with your business and they say they can’t do anything and you have to call, yet when it comes to giving out loans or open a new account they will help you out. Stay away from this branch.

This Is truly the best branch of Bank of America in South Florida. The manager Mike and the Lead Teller Sue always go out of their way to make sure each customer has a great experience. My family and friends always comment how professional all the associates are at this branch.

This place is the pits. Been a BOA customer since 1998 and this bank like most has steadily went to trash. Line if customers and 1 teller. All that money they spent on the rebuild and understaffed. Staff and manger don’t care unless you lay big money out. 2 people sit up front twiddling their thumbs and people playing on the computer with a line out the door. They will also nickel and dime you to death if you don’t keep $250k in the bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMPSTER FIRE

I will cancel all my accounts… terrible service08/23/22 : Thanks for yr reply, BOA. But I’ve made my mind; I am taking my money somewhere else, it is not one simple situation, it’s been an accumulation of circumstances, and lately it happened in the phone too. If you see, you have low score in lots of agencies near this area.. and if you have not acted about it before, there is no point on putting more of my time “talking with yr specialist “.

Love this location, I was in and out within a few minutes. Staff and branch manager were friendly and professional. Other branches have longer wait time. This has become my new branch location!

There's been only one teller here for about one year now. The line is on average 3-4 people meaning on average you will spend about 25-40 minutes to just have one simple thing handled. It's awful, it's completely avoidable with their drive thru lanes, oh wait, those were closed at all branches over a year ago because of covid and never reopened while every other type of bank has a functioning drive thru. Please bank with literally any other banking company .

DON’T CARE ABOUT APPOINTMENTS! I arrive 5 mints before my appointment and someone name Mike attend another person that doesn’t have an appointment first than me and that just arrive at the moment after me.. the Bank Assistant name Adriana was very helpful and attentive! But for people like this Guy Name Mike this Bank has this stars!! Bad service!

I went into the bank at 10 AM in the morning on a weekday. I waited 40 minutes to pull out some cash. No one in front of me. One teller. Terrible customer service. Lots of other people working in the bank and not one comes over to help.
