After depositing a large check from my insurance, I was notified that there was a hold on the check and it would take up to 10 DAYS for it to be cleared. This amongst a few other things recently dealing with BOA, I was ready to close my accounts and bank elsewhere after being a loyal customer for 28 years. The manager, Helen, as well as Mallory, went above and beyond today to sort out the hold. Due to their excellent customer service, I'll stick with Bank of America.

Marie, the young Hispanic gentleman, and the branch manager are FANTASTIC! Every week I visit this branch and the level of customer service at this location is awesome. They are fast, efficient, and they always have a smile on their face. Please don't close this location ever again.

I visited this bank several weeks ago and it was the most uncomfortable and weird feeling that I experienced at BOA. When I got there, I was looking for a deposit slip and a manager helped me by pointing me in the right direction. She repeatedly asked why didn't I try using the ATM. I told her that I had many bills and I'll have to do at least two transaction. Do to this, I rather deal with a bank teller. She still didn't get it. While I was feeling out the deposit slip, she made it a big deal that I had to go on my mobile app to write down my account number. As I log in to my mobile app, she stood behind me and towered over me yelling out the first four or five digits of my account number! Usually, I would've shouted at her but decided to keep quite. While the bank teller was counting my bills in the money machine, I could hear her conversation and she was asking "how can someone not know their account number and it made no sense." Lady, I deal with five bank accounts in two banks, 3 brokerage accounts, 2 different home mortgages, car note, utilities for 2 properties, phone bill, cable bill and etc.... THEY ALL HAVE ACCOUNT NUMBERS!!!! She shouldn't have stand behind me and staring at my phone, shouting out my account number, pressuring me to use the ATM instead and talking BS about people not knowing their account number!

I just walked into the bank and asked about being added to an account. However, with the 2 employees busy and the bank closing at 4, I decided to just cash my payroll check (which is through Bank of America) by signing it over to someone that has an account. By the lady behind the counter, I was told I could not cash the check Then she proceeded to ask me for my check.. I walked out of this bank AND WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Terrible service, they are not open when they are supposed to be. Also charges $8.00 to cash a check drawn on their bank if you don’t have an account with them.

Sorry to write but the service of the employees ( especially Juan) is really unacceptable and frustrating. Every time we go there they treat us with disrespect and make us humiliated. This is our bank, this is for our services, this bank runs by people's money or business but we get treat like unwanted and uninviting customers. We could have problems, we are not the experts at everything but they could talk, could describe or discuss rather they speak inappropriately and with unacceptable gesture. They don't know how to talk or behave with customers. They don't have the words (friendliness, politeness and humbleness ) in their dictionary.

Thanks for being there to help your clients during this difficult time.I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR COMPANY CLOSING MY ACCOUNT ON APRIL 3RD 2020..... DAYS AFTER MR BOA CEO ANNOUNCED plans to help your clients and giving $100 million to aid relief efforts. I would love to hear from 1 member of the public that experienced first hand the aid caused as a result of the $100 million. Your a bank. Not a charity. If you're giving away $100 million its because you already stole $1 trillion doing something that's not exactly by the book...I love how these big corporations like to jump at the opportunity to look like a hero when in actuality your ceo knows for dam sure its not what he says it is.
