Eden was incredibly helpful and so lovely! I came in last minute before closing , like a jerk, anand as distraught about my account. Eden quickly helped me sort all of my issues out all while being incredibly pleasant and upbeat. She's also super stylish, just to seal the deal haha. But she was so great and helped me put my mind at ease! Would absolutely go back for her !

I just went in to be a notary. The bank staff was a man and asked me if you understood English. I didn't understand and I won't do it for you. Obviously racial discrimination, very bad, last time this man was in the second room, and when he saw me, he was very impolite and said you must make an appointment. I like to wait, okay? everyone else is fine

It was the experience I have EVER had with BOA, the lady and man (apparently are employees) were standing there completely useless (only two other customers were in the office using the ATM so they were not busy at all) but they did not even bother helping me cash my check in person to a teller so the funds wouldn't have to wait next day to show in my account (Even though my family and I have several account with BOA for years now) They only asked how much money was in my account (without even pulling up any of my account information) I explained to them I just lost my job due to COVID and started this new one hence why I hadn’t used direct deposit like I normally would have done. They did not care at all once they how little the check was that I wanted to cash immediately because I have bills that need to be paid today (just like the bank they just want your money) as well as you would think it would be an even easier problem to solve “for such a meager amount of money” my account was not overdrawn and I could have transferred money from of my joint accounts if that would help, the woman had already more paid attention to the wall and he could not be bothered. They did not ANY solutions whatsoever. I had to cash my check at Amscot, pay interest just to LITERALLY put money back into my BOA account (so what's the point of banking with BOA if I cannot cash, gain partial access to a legitimate check) The total disregard was beyond infuriating frustrating especially during the circumstances of a pandemic they would at least accommodate me some way but the motto is "not my problem" The moral point is something so minor (as they had treated it) you would think it could have been taken cared of. It was such a disappointing encounter enough that I closed all the accounts and took the time to write this Review. #TDBank now

Pay very close attention to the tellers. I had to postpone my daughters birthday because of their incompetence. One of the last times I was there the teller took it upon herself to overdraft my account, gee thanks (but I am sure it was my fault somehow huh?!)! I specified which account to draft the bank check and she withdraws the money from the wrong account and overdrafted my checking account, didn't say a word and wishes me a great day! I found out moments after I left the bank what she did when I received the alert from the bank that my checking was in an overdraft! Worst branch I ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I love this bank of america!! My favorite one actually. The vibe here is welcoming and no matter what type of bank problem I'm having or how complicated it may be (lol) it always gets fixed. Everybody here is so nice and always helps me. Every last worker here deserves a raise. Great customer service. I never leave unsatisfied.
