The people who work here are genuinely awesome and I’ve been a huge help to me both times that I’ve gone inside. They service a large volume of people simultaneously.Thank you Myrtha! You are exceptional.

Horrible service from the moment I walked in!! Starting with Alexa, who's supposed to meet you, she didn't come for quite a while, and then she said oh I'll be back and walked away!!" The next customer had to go find her after we stood there for about 5-10 minutes! Then the wait at the teller one walked away the one who helped me Gabriel was very rude unpleasant didn't say a word to me and a customer over 25 years and this is how you treat your customers who do you think pays their salary the customers!! Sad sad sad I'll never be back to that one and I might change my bank because of all this hassle!! It was a sad and horrible experience ? ? ?

If you have to wait so long to open a CD, what will it be like to ask for a loan?P.S. I finally left without being served. I will have to ask for a day's leave from work for this procedure and go prepared.

Let me start by saying that me and my husband have been with BOA since we were teenagers and the service we experienced on 7/11 was the worst ever. When we arrived we greeted the teller and told her we had large check deposit to make, she responded very rudely with no greeting and told me to fill out a deposit slip even though I showed her my bank card to identify myself as a customer. I went to fill out the slip and my husband stayed with the teller until I finished. Once I handed the teller the slip and check, I politely asked if she can advise if any funds would be available. She responded with ok and told me what would be available and on what date. I asked if anything can be available sooner and she responded with how much do you need and why? My husband then asked why does she need to know and her eyes look at the check and then to me and my husband. The interaction was very intense and made us offended. She then says I will have to speak to the manager and request for some money to be available then ask how much do we need and proceeds to assume we need a very large amount which caused me and my husband to pause and rethink the whole transaction. I then advised that the bank on the check is Chase and right next door I can cash it there. The teller tells me rudely do I think they will cash it if I’m not a customer and I responded maybe so but I wouldn’t care because I would have gotten better service. We were treated like criminals and the teller never took her eyes off the security guard the whole transaction. I’m 5 months pregnant and just wanted to complete the transaction. For reference, it’s a large check from my lawyer’s trust account and there was no indication or anything out of the ordinary that would cause an issue. Later that day I received an email that my check will be on extended hold due to check details indicate that it might return. I called the next day and requested to speak to the manager to have them call my lawyer and chase to release the hold. I kept getting the run around and was not able to talk to the manager. This could have been resolved by calling my lawyer and chase for validation but instead they assumed the check was fraud and now I am waiting the 7-10 days for my check to clear. We know the guidelines and policies but the treatment that me and husband received that day will forever haunt us as it was very discriminatory and disgusting. In all of our years with BOA and large transactions we have never experienced this. Once the check clears we will be closing our account and going elsewhere. This all could have been solved if they privately asked us questions and we would have gladly provided proof and answers.

Me and my wife came in to deposit a check from a settlement on 7/11. As we were trying to deposit the check, the teller looked at us like we were trying to scam the bank. The teller had my wife fill out a deposit slip (which I've never had to do all my years with BOA even for 25 Grand) Proceeds to ask us questions about why we need the funds, what was the check for, and plenty of more questions in a very rude tone (We're not obligated to answer)... We have had no luck reaching the bank manager about releasing the check, nor why is there a extended hold on my account. I assume they're floating the money as what BOA usually does, or the teller marked it as a potential fraudulent check. It only takes less than a few minutes to verify a check from a lawyers office to release funds. I don't want to get out lawyers involved but if it needs to be done; I have no issue giving them a call to get things handled.

Maidra is extremely rude. Not every customer knows the ins and outs of banking services, especially since everything is encouraged online these days. Just a little patience and explaining what exactly you need from me would have been more helpful.

My wife needed to close a CD account and entered the University Dr office in Coral Springs. We stood at the entrance with another couple, watching the "receptionist" talking on the phone for several minutes and not acknowledging anyone around her. My wife moved to a teller and was told to wait for an available rep. She went back to the receptionist who was now on the phone for 8-10 minutes. My wife sat down without telling the receptionist what she needed, so I reminded her to do so or she would be forgotten. Once my wife had the receptionist's attention, we name was taken, and she was told to wait. No problem, it was busy. But why is a receptionist dealing with a phone call with people waiting in a line at the physical bank? What happened to customer service? She should have put that call on hold and directed the traffic flow in the bank, and the call could have been handled later or by another employee.
