David was great to work with, car was delivered a day early during peak snowbird season - yes I bought a car online from FL when everyone is shipping theirs back up north in May.
David was great to work with, found me an enclosed transport and Gabe (I'm getting old so hope the name is right) got it to VA a day early! All while keeping me up to date with regular texts.

I was told by the owner Mitch that they were his trucks and that my vehicle would be picked up between 9am and 11am. I come to find out he is only a broker and never had my car scheduled for the times that he stated because there was no truck available when i left a deposit. The customer service is beyond poor and he is extremely unprofessional. The only thing good that came out of this is that he lied and and my car never was in his possession. i immediately scheduled this with another company and they were quick to get the car, extremely professional and specified a delivery date and time.

David was very professional and set me up with a 2 car enclosed trailer at a good price. The driver was nice and very careful with my car. I will use them for my transportation needs in the future.

I used Bam's to transport my trade-in from NYC to a dealer in FL and to transport my new car from FL to NYC. The service received from David and the drivers was flawless. Communication was timely and constant. Given the level of service I found the price to be competitive. I would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone needing a vehicle transported.

I recently had my Jaguar F-Type delivered from Florida to Seattle. David from Bam's was very responsive and professional, and he clearly let me know just what to expect. The car was picked up in Florida on the 21st and delivered to me the morning of the 27th, far fasted than I expected. Overall, the experience was very positive and I'd ship a car with them again.

David made the delivery of our vehicle a flawless experience. Appreciated his professional and timely updates throughout the process. Our Driver Robert was the best, my wife Ellen and I enjoyed our conversion with him as he was dropping off our vehicle. This is my second time using Bam's Auto Carriers and everything was flawless! David and the entire team made this so easy for me. I had a last minute change of plans and needed my car delivered from Boston to Florida and they worked quickly to make it happen. The pick up driver kept in contact with me and met me at the allocated time/location. The pick up driver was very professional and kind. He looked at my car with me and jotted down and marks I had. They delivered my car from Boston to Florida within just a few days! The driver contacted me and we coordinated the drop off. The car was in great condition, no new marks or anything. Payment was easy and the entire process was a breeze. I will be using Bam's Auto Carriers for all my moves :) Thank you!!

It was my first time shipping a car across the country, which made me a little nervous. BAMS AUTO CARRIERS was very pleasant, very professional, and very detail-oriented. David, my contact, made sure everything went smoothly and kept me updated every step of the way. The price is right, and the people are good! Typically I do not write reviews, but I was compelled to do so after my recent transition with Bam’s Auto Carriers. I was reluctant to rely on an outside party to transport my vehicle as I have read about nightmare experiences. Dave and team eased all of my concerns and walked me through the entire timeline, including setting the proper expectations. He provided multiple market prices for various transport methods (covered, uncovered, expedited service). Bam’s went over and beyond, and I really appreciated the fact he kept me up to date with the progress during transport. I am a customer for life and will exclusively deal with Bam’s for all of my transporting needs. My sincerest gratitude for taking care of my baby (car) and appreciate the white glove service.

David is a real class act! He actually answers the phone and immediately responds to texts. His price was very reasonable and the service was amazing, he did everything he said he was going to do to make my transport smooth and easy AND he communicated with me along the way which made me feel great! We purchased a car from a FL dealer. They referred us to BAMS and they took car of the process. David was responsive and the whole process went smoothly. They only had 1 transport leave per week to our area, so it took a little longer than an Amazon delivery ;-)
