Went to the store to get a new battery and from the beginning the process was so simple and fairly quick. Kimar and Mike did a great job installing my battery and making sure I had all the right pieces which I really appreciate. They were both very kind and professional. Best service I’ve had at an auto zone. I would recommend coming here for whatever your car needs.

I just purchased a battery at the Autozone located in Coral Springs Florida, coner of Royal Palm and University.
Mike helped me and he was absolutely the best. Best service of any kind I have had.
I had a bad battery and not only did he charge it he helped me diagnose another problem. He was so helpful 5 star service.

Every now and again, you have an experiences that reinforces your faith in people.
Mike the store manager, and Jeff the parts manager helped me navigate a battery replacement situation and went above and beyond with their professionalism and concern.
Reminded me of why, in a time when everyone used Amazon for everything, supporting brick and mortar spots is SO worth it.
I’m going to continue shopping here for sure!
