“Excellent customer service! We have ordered from this company multiple times, most recently on October 2022. We have always had excellent customer service. Most recently an order was put in and we ordered the wrong part for our model car. The company has you send VIN when ordering and the gentleman emailed/texted to let us know that the part did not match and to get the right part ordered. Then when I was placing the new ordered I failed to hit the final button for submission/payment and the gentleman texted the next morning to let me know he had not gotten the order. Excellent customer service.”

Brianna was the first rep to approach and respected the fact that we wanted to look around first then we’ll look for her to inquire more of the vehicle. The minute We found Brianna she was right on it with letting us test drive and getting finance involved (she was awesome to work with as well very kind and patient). Brianna asked if she can get us anything while we wait as well.Brianna & Finance was truly a blessing . I have something very positive to share.Having purchased my last Honda from them a few years ago, I decided to try and track down the salesman who helped me.I was so happy that Dion Alcantara was still there. I went over on a Friday and on Saturday afternoon I very happily drove off in my brand new car. Dion is professional, friendly and not pushy at all. When I told him that I was also considering the Hyundai Tucson, he encouraged me to go look at it and drive it (honestly after I drove it, I realized I didn't like it nearly as much as the Rogue). He genuinely wants you to be happy with your new car and he will do everything he can to help you. In the finance department, I was lucky enough to sit with Jonathan Rosario. Super friendly and easy to talk to. He made signing all those papers painless. When my lease is up, I will definitely return and I wholeheartedly suggest that you contact Dion.”
