I have purchased 4 cars there and gotten service done there MANY times going back 7 years. It is NEVER a positive experience dealing with your service department. I drove 30 minutes from Boca at 8am this morning to get my car diagnosed as to my why my AC stopped blowing cold. I was told it was $300 JUST to get my car DIAGNOSED. I asked if that would be taken off if chose to do the repairs and I was told NO. I JUST recently got other repairs done there in the tune of $1000 for coolant hoses (which is expensive) and the service manager that handled my repairs just recently took it off. I explained that and was told “oh well I don’t do that other dealerships charge $450”. I also explained to the service manager I JUST started a new job THIS WEEK. This is extremely poor customer service for a long term customer. I have purchased 4 different cars there. A3, 2 A4s and and A5 sportback. Do the math. Probably spent 10,000 in repairs. Your service department has DAMAGED my cars during repairs before including CHRISTMAS EVE you didn’t tighten HOSE CLAMPS and my car leaked ALL fluid I had to get TOWED. AND scratching my windshield on another visit. I understand your in business to make money but at a certain point it becomes taking advantage. I am going to post my experience for the public eye to see because I’ve kept quiet about how poor your service department is for TOO long. I really hope you can take ownership of your mistreatment because I really DO NOT appreciate the experience I’ve had with your group.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The service department is extremely condescending and rude. After having my 2022 Audi Etron solely in their possession from 7/10-23- 8/29/23 for a faulty rear motor repair, they did not apologize or take any ownership over the fact that they returned my car INFESTED with ants and covered in bird poop. The customer service rep told me they would bug bomb the car but NOT detail it to remove the dead bugs. When I expressed my obvious frustration, the service manger, who was standing nearby, then looked at me and said, "I assume it's ants. You know we cannot control ants, right?" Again, my look of frustration was met with complete condescension as if I had nothing to be upset about. I would like to point out that I am a young woman in my 30's and was being belittled and by a middle aged man in a very patronizing and unprofessional manner. He then said he didn't "understand where my anger was coming from." For the record I'd like to make it extremely clear that I never once raised my voice, but I did speak in a stern and direct manner. It was immediately obvious that he perceived me as an emotional young girl who was taking up his time with what he perceived as silly issues. My response was clear and concise as I repeated, "My frustration is that you had my car for over a month to fix a faulty rear motor and then returned it to me infested with bugs and then I'm being told your dealership will not detail it." Before I could fully finish my sentence he cut me off, and said "I said I'll take care of it" though up until this point he had not agreed to detail my vehicle- he only denied the service center's culpability in the situation. Another gentleman standing nearby also muttered in a very condescending tone, "the motor had to be ordered from Germany and we can't really help that either, can we?" I would like to be distinctly clear that I never once expressed any upset or frustration over the time the repair took, even despite them extending the date multiple times or the fact that it took them about a week to even initially evaluate the car. Initially, it was verbalized by the rep that it would likely take about a month and then was texted the motor was estimated to arrive 8/10/23 and then would need 2 days to be installed. This did not occur. Despite the rep again texting it would be "done today" on 8/23/23 I was informed after lunch, the next day, on 8/24/23 that the tech needed 8 missing bolts to finish the repair. I never once responded with anything other than a "thank you" or "I appreciate the update." I am completely flabbergasted by the lack of professionalism displayed by these men and can only wonder how their approach would have differed If I was middle aged man who had walked in in a business suit. I also wonder if their ill behavior was motivated by the fact that I chose not to have them replace my tires this visit. Sadly, based on other recent reviews, this seems to be status quo for their operation. Avoid this service center at all costs. **I also took a movie of the bugs crawling all over my seat but was unable to get it uploaded**

The service department is very shiesty. Luann could careless if something is wrong with your car and then Steve is there to bully people and tell women that if they get alignments done elsewhere it voids their warranties.Services: Tires

I have filed complaints now with Audi about this location and their service "neglect" they bully people. They will even go as far as to tell you if you choose to get your alignment done elsewhere it voids warranties. They will double charge you on services. All of these things should be reported to the FTC and BBB if you experienced anything like me

Had a 7:30 AM appointment for service. As I needed my car for the next day early that afternoon I went back to the Service Department to see how they were coming along fixing it. At 12PM I was told my car was not seen yet and they would get in touch with me when it was. At 2PM not hearing I started to call to see where we were at with the car. Left my second message then my third and finally calling the dealership directly and was given Luan service manager to call me back No return call. At 3:45 I finally received a text that it was going in. -I have 2 Audi's and will never take my cars to their service department again. Too bad for me I didn't read the reviews posted, not one post gave a positive review. My car is being held overnight and not one call from service department to let me know they are holding over night. Coral Springs Audi Service will never get my business again.Fred Geistman

I would not recommend this dealership. The assistant Service Manager was impolite. Even went back and forth with me in front of everyone about when he initially said my car would be done. Constantly had to call to get updates, and other service workers would answer and tell me he was out to lunch or that his location was unknown. I would recommend Audi in Ft Lauderdale for a premium customer service experience.

The first available appointment for my recalled car was a two month wait. I left my car to be repaired Monday morning at 7:30. It is now Friday at 2:45, and not only do I not have my car, no one answers my calls most of the time, and the few times ileft a message no one has called me back.I will NEVER lease or buy another Audi.Service: Engine repair

Dealership ok when purchasing but service department is a nightmare. Cannot get appointment and told me to change a rear bulb I would need to leave car for days! Hard to believe but true. Worse, try calling Audi customer service. When they don't shut down their phone lines, wait greater 1 hour. They just don't seem to care

I have to go to these guys since they've the only dealership close to me. Because of their service department there is 0 chance I will be buying the car after the lease is up and have to deal with them for maintenance, I am actually done with Audi altogether. As the latest example I took my car in this morning (Friday) after having to wait for more than 2 weeks just to get an appointment for recalls that they knew about for 2 weeks. I get there and have the option of either leaving my car with them the entire weekend and most of Monday or coming back on Wednesday because of course there is no loaner available until then. Of course they didn't mention this to me when I set up the appointment 2 weeks earlier so that a loaner can be reserved I'm just supposed to somehow know that they'll need 3 days for this work. They're the worst like I said I'm done with Audi because of these guys.

This place has really fallen apart. After 3 Audi's with this dealership, I'm finally DONE!!!! No more. They RAPE you in their service department every single time you have a scheduled service on a leased vehicle. Constantly trying to upcharge you into purchasing "manufacturer recommended" service which always places the overall service price in excess of $600.00. This is CONSTANT throughout the entire lease. There is never a simple, oil/filter change, top off fluids, check that everything is fine mechanically and send you on your way with maybe a $130.00 service. No. Their service manager Steve trained the service staff to upsell you at every single service interval. On a financed vehicle that might be a great thing, but for leased vehicles, it's insane to recommend things during a regular service that result in a $1,000.00 service. And yes, That has happened on more than one occasion during my lease. And now, more than 2 years into the "covid" fear campaign, Audi Coral Springs, though they do not require masks anymore, refuse to speak with you on the phone unless they are on speakerphone, which does not filter out all of the background noise and makes it nearly impossible to understand everything being said. When you request them to turn off the speakerphone, the response is, "With Covid and everything going on, we do not touch phones". If you need any more proof that the world has gone mad, here it is. A dealership which I loved once upon a time, has forced my business away, to Vista BMW, where service is included FREE for the entirety of your lease, where the cars are MUCH MORE luxurious and comfortable and where the service department knows how to treat their customers without trying to upsell them things that they KNOW they don't need and WONT need for the lease time period. I had a 2018 Q5 and 2019 Q5 with Audi Coral Springs, at the same time on lease. I originally planned to make my sons first car an Audi. But they forced me to Vista. Where I now have a fully loaded 2021 BMW X5 Msport, and my 17 year old has a 2021 BMW 330i. Once this last Q5 lease is up this year, my wife's will be in a BMW. I have lost interest and respect for this place, that literally panders to you to give them a 5 star review. This 1 star review more accurately represents what their value is. An honest business will own their mistakes and fix it, rather than rebut honest reviews with excuses and lies. You cannot tell a customer that has been loyal for more than 4 years, leased 3 vehicles from you, that THEY are the problem when they take their business elsewhere. I was Audi for Life. Those days are over!! Get rid of Steve, your service manager. I'm a business owner, and one thing I do NOT tolerate, nor encourage of my employees, is trying to upcharge people and sell them services they do not need to extract more money from them. This is why in my industry (not auto), we refer to those types of sales people as "Car Salesmen". I've never met a single homeowner who spoke highly of the "Car salesman" approach to sales. It's the most greedy and dishonest of any business approach and it turns people off. One final thing. It appears Vista BMW found a solution to their Loaner Car shortage. They teamed up with Enterprise Car Rentals and as a courtesy to their customers, they cover the cost of putting them in a rental car when loaners are unavailable. Clearly, Audi Coral Springs is more focused on Profit margins than customer satisfaction because they haven't yet figured out what a positive impact this gesture could have on their service and sales. Instead, they're more invested in trying to get more money from you.
