When I did not receive any response from my primary business bank, I reached out to Peggy and her team for help for a small business loan. Peggy and her team quickly responded and jumped into action. They not only were able to quickly get this resolved for me, they did it with the utmost professionalism. The entire office staff exudes professionalism and care for their clients. Peggy and the branch staff are always friendly and welcoming. My business account was opened and every detail and question that I had was answered by Peggy and Cristina. Small local bank, Amazing Big Capabilities. Don't be fooled by the big banks, they only promise but don't care to deliver their promises. During the Covid-19 pandemic. Bank of America never had any personal communication with me. I put my PPP application in one hour after opening and then 4 weeks later my application was never submitted to SBA. Peggy from Amerant contacted me (personal touch) to ask me if I needed any help. I explained 4 weeks after my application was submitted bank of America never acknowledged me (never called or emailed). Peggie submitted my application and I was funded 24 hours later. Now that is a personal bank! I can't thank Peggy, Yani, Jennifer & Cristina Enough for working all hours of the night to help your clients. Amerent Bank is Amazing...

We took our son to open a teen account (his first account) and Jennifer and team did an amazing job welcoming us onboard. They explained the process of banking exceptionally well to our young man. I've been calling and also emailed Amerant Bank to be removed from their US mailing list. Whenever I call (5 times to 2 different numbers) I get the same automated messages that they have a high volume of calls and long wait time: no one answers. I emailed them through their site and got a generic email back that said I should call them: not a bank I would ever use!!!

Amerant Bank in Coral Springs has great customer service. Peggy, Yanni, Fred, and Julian all go out of their way to give the customer a personal greeting and a great feeling for banking with them. I am treated as a valuable customer and not a number. I have never felt better and treated better at any other bank and I bank at all the large banks in South Florida.
