This is the best gym that I’ve ever trained at! I have been training with 4 different gyms in the area for the past 7 years and this gym is easily the best one that I’ve ever been to!The gym is very private and there’s plenty of trainers you can get matched up with based off what you’re looking to train for.I highly recommend this gym to anyone who prefers something private and consistently clean.

I personally train with Ashley and have seen incredible results. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, my form is the best it’s been, and I feel the most confident I have. I highly recommend this gym as Ashley and all the trainers are extremely knowledgeable.

The most amazing people you could ever hope to meet. Everyone here is welcoming and personable. I stopped working out and going to the gym ever since I was involved in a bad car accident, my body was too scared to move until I met Abe and his amazing team.Emerson has been so helpful in getting my muscles out of whatever funk they were in! Being able to move properly and without as much pain as before is worth every second!Being here was one of the best decisions I have ever made!

I came to AFIT out of shape after Covid, with some prior sports injuries from the past. Abraham has been training me for the last two months. I have already built muscle, lost inches and gained overall strength with improved posture. Even better, with a medical background as a P.A. he has been able to improve my flexibility and help me avoid injury.Having worked with multiple trainers in the past, I can attest that Abraham has a greater depth of knowledge and expertise than all others I have worked with. He professionally addresses physical strength training, nutrition and overall health with superior talent and guidance.

Lisa Snowden (my trainer) is great and is the reason I came to the gym. However, Abraham (the owner) was extremely aggressive in selling me on the membership vs the separate training package with Lisa in the beginning but I’d heard such great things about Lisa so I signed up anyway. The training was good but the membership was 3x what I was paying at my other gym so I notified Abraham that I wanted to cancel my contract. We’d have friendly conversations at the gym over the course of my membership, so I was really caught off guard when he told my I needed to speak with his “cancellations department” which I thought was weird. Long story short I received a letter saying my membership was cancelled and a message from my trainer saying I was finished and would be receiving a refund which Abraham (or the cancellations department) is refusing to give me. So it looks like I’ll have to pay even more money to get my refund which is crazy. I would be very careful about signing up for a membership here. The owner has been unprofessional (not returning my emails, messages, money) and an outright bully. If you want good training contact Lisa Snowden directly. Wish me luck on getting my refund...

Joining AFit has changed my life in so many ways! Abraham is an awesome trainer and person and I honestly feel like training with him has improved not only my physical health but also my mental health. He's so motivating and positive and encourages people to live their best lives. Being a member of this gym is really like being a member of a family - everyone is so easy going and helpful and I couldn't imagine working out anywhere else.

I can’t say enough about this gym I’ve never stuck to anything and I’ve been here over two years. I’ve seen dramatic results and my trainer Calli has been amazing. She pushes you enough outside your comfort zone to make you strong but not make you regret it! I enjoy the family that I’ve come to know at this gym and the support that everyone gives on our individual journeys.

Abe and his fellow trainers are so knowledgeable and meticulous in understanding what your goals are and how best to achieve them. They are thorough in their workout plans and nutrition guidance and really take the time ti explain things to you so you understand the why.

I started with Abraham 10 years ago and I’ve never left his side! He inspires me to be Better!! He’s my family! Afit is my home away from home. They are sincerely helpful with nutrition and all types of fitness! All the coaches are so helpful and encouraging. It’s my go to spot for good energy
