The service from the lady at the counter was very bad. I asked him for a coffee with milk and I didn't tell him not to add sugar and when I asked if he could do it again he told me that I had to wait. He served another customer. I apologized but he was not kind when he heard the word thank you 👎🏻

States opened 24 hrs. Arrives at 12:10 am and walked towards the entrance since the machines say to pay inside. Found a woman sitting inside eating with both doors locked. She wouldn’t get up and just kept doing the closed motion with her hand. My car was on empty and if there wasn’t another gas station across the street I would’ve been stranded. Fix your hours if you’re not open so you don’t waste people’s time. Do not recommend.

They are thieves. Our pump was not pumping gas and they refused to give us a refund or at least switch us to a different pump. Regardless of whether we pay $5, why would we lie about the gas not pumping? The pump was dry as hell. Those people are miserable.

This place has horrible service. On multiple occasions with multiple people I have been here and received poor service. The cafeteria employees here are constantly rude. For the same price you can eat at a nicer place in the same area on the go.

I went to the gas station to pump $40 worth of gas bought two pastel’s and ordered a Cuban coffee. I left without getting my Cuban coffee fast-forward three days. I asked the employee to ask the manager if she could give me a Cuban coffee because I never got it the one that I paid for. She said no But then I asked her again and she says I’ll give it to you free very upset and And angry I asked her for three little cups to serve the coffee and she refused to give it to me. I’ve been coming to this gas station for 15 years and never had any problems with anyone there that was taking care of me, looked at me and she goes you always have problems when you come here and I told her that was a fault statement. That’s why I’m writing this review. Terrible customer service
