Only 2 tellers available for Wells Fargo customers. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Parking is adequate. Need more tellers open during business hours.

Understaffed. Go to another branch. I Waited 1.5 hours when the banker said it would be "20 min" "10 more in". They should've just said to come back another time or with an appointment instead of making me wait over an hour.

This Wells Fargo Branch has limited garage parking, but usually can find a place to park in garage where it is free for customers. Street parking is almost none for this small branch. Employees are generally very helpful and friendly. During COVID-19 pandemic this branch is temporarily closed. There are other Wells Fargo branches in downtown Coral Gables on Ponce de Leon Blvd.

Asked what their credit card offerings are and was told I can't be given that information unless I come in physically. So I asked why and they said b/c I needed to provide my credit score and address.

This Wells Fargo brand is very small but conveniently located on sunset RD just off red road on the gables side. It's tucked away next to the dry cleaners but it has an ATM just in front of the side walk. Whenever I need money during work hours or while I'm in the south Miami area it's just walking distance from the mall. The staff is friendly here and willing to help with whatever transaction you need. Since it's a small branch it can get packed pretty quickly. The parking situation isn't the best since there is only 4 spots just in front of the bank and the rest of the parking is shared by all the other store fronts on the same block.

Please if you have a choice, do not bank with Wells. They have possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. They were completely incompetent with my mother and not prepared or educated to deal with someone who is caring for an elder parent. They made it extremely difficult and nothing ever gets done.

worst customer service ever!!! do not waste your time with this branch!!!!! Monica Novitski is the vice president branch manager of this location and all i can say is that 1 she should retire or 2 quit her job; due to the fact that she didn't help me with my bank issues before even looking for other options to help a loyal customer!!! now i understand why wells fargo was involved in fraud towards their customer accounts
