Store Manager Angela Echevarra doesn't follow Walgreens returns policy, she has her own policies at this store. This is my nearest Walgreens, tried to return an item a friend bought for me a couple of days ago. Called Walgreens before heading to this location since I don't have a receipt or a phone number associated with the purchase, and a different supervisor assured me as long as the store has the product I intend to exchange/return in their shelves and is intact (never opened) they would be able to proceed with store credit. Angela's return policy is that I have to go to the store where these products were purchased.

Horrible customer service. Please improve asap. I will never return nor spend a dime at your place until I see improvement. On 4/9/24, I made a purchase at the pharmacy. In addition, a 2nd purchased at the store. It was one of the worst experience that i ever encountered. Horrible customer service at both. Please remember we are customers and should receive the upmost respect and kindness. This is the second time that I have to report this. Please either retrain the manager or he needs to be replaced.

Providing good customer service is essential, I live in the area, I constantly go to this Walgreens, which is also 24 hours a day and access is very easy for me, however I think they should offer their staff training on how to deal with customers, it is a BLUE hair girl to go and see her is to know that you will receive a bad response either when she charges you or when you need help with something. I write because his treatment is already uncomfortable. You ask him something and he prefers to be on the phone than to help you look for what you need. Zero support if you don't know where the product is and you ask him for his answer. If it isn't there, there isn't any. PLEASE this is a recurring behavior with the girl, prepare her to provide good service, all people deserve respect and attention. Thank you

Walgreens pharmacy promotes their app, but it is a disaster. A couple of days after renewing my prescription, the app shows it is canceled. No message is sent and no explanation is provided. I have to start the process over again. When I see speak to the people at the pharmacy they act like there is no app, let alone explaining why it is no functioning. Other times after renewing my prescription the app tells me to call the pharmacy. When I do the people there say they don't know why I am calling. Terrible.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!On hold for 30 minutes. They answer and put you right back on hold. I had a question about a life saving med that was on hold and wasn’t able to get a person. All I got was attitudes. I asked for a manager and was out on a longer hold before the call was disconnected. Disgusting behavior from pharmacists.
