The delta vape i bought a few weeks ago made me sick and paranoid, i dont recommend them.Second the vape liquid i got was expired but well steeped,Vape selection is ok nothing like my old job - vaporshark.

I had a disappointing experience at Vape & smoke shop recently. I purchased some chocolate from their store, only to discover upon opening it that it was expired. When I brought this to the attention of the staff and politely asked for a refund, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness.The staff member I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful her name was Jacky and outright rude, telling me that there was nothing they could do about the expired product. This lack of concern for customer satisfaction was incredibly disappointing and left a sour taste in my mouth.Not only was I sold a product that was past its expiration date, but the way I was treated when I tried to rectify the situation was completely unacceptable. I expected better from you guys and will not be returning in the future sadly I work across the street and used to come here all the time to buy vapes for once that I have a problem with their products they didn’t help at all I asked for the manager phone number and she didn’t provide that either

I opened my vape 2 feet from the entrance & it was defective. I walked to the employee and asked to exchange it and he refused. We purchased a total of 5 vapes and spent over $100 &This is how I get treated from this employee. Very disappointed with the customer service

All the liquid nicotine containers they have are unsealed (opened), and it seems they changed the product for something else. The one from the right is mine, was sealed in a box when I bought it; and the color is different from the one they sell as well as the smell. “Pure” is the flavor, apple-watermelon-strawberry); the one they sell smelled totally different; I’ve been using the same product and flavor for years. The employee didn’t want to return me the money neither provide me with the receipt (till the police arrived). It’s totally a scam!!

This was actually the first smoke shop I've ever bought from while looking for delta 8 products. I continue to go here because I've never had a problem with the products they carry and they don't get annoyed with you trying them in shop. If I ever ask for a recommendation they will show off several products not just the most expensive. Love the place and love the staff.

I stopped coming here because the vapes I purchase are burnt after a few puffs 60 % of the time.I decided to give the business another chance after a few months and the issue persists.I'm not sure where they are sourcing their inventory, but for your sake, go elsewhere!

LOVE THIS SHOP ! Excellent customer service, very helpful employees ! Went in for just a disposable and left with a bag of things ! Definitely coming back here again
