I went to this store to change my address and the worker said they don’t have the forms and that I have to do it online. If I was able to do it online do you think I would waste my time and drive 24 minutes with traffic to change it in-store?? Waste of time how come a USPS store doesn’t have a change of address form?

Terrible service, I made a claim about a package that I didn't receive and the female that I spoke with had to argue with me and try to tell me that her system says the package was delivered, so, it was definitely delivered; because, that's what it shows in her system. My husband was home all day that day and the package was never delivered.

Extremely disappointed with the service at 5927 SW 70th Street USPS. The worker on duty was incredibly disrespectful and dismissive. Despite being the only one there, she refused to assist me, claiming she had to go on break. When I asked if she would return after break, she responded condescendingly. Everyone in line to get help was appalled but her disrespectful nature. Terrible customer service experience. I would urge customers to go to another location as it seems this one has forgotten how to have the slightest bit of human decency.

The young lady in charge of the store should be terminated. She does not represent the values that USPS stands for. Bad attitude - zero willingness perform basic customer service functions. Awful - go somewhere else.

I come to this USPS because it's usually less crowded.In my last visit, I had a LOT of questions because I was sending a parcel to Europe and it was my first time ever sending an international package.The clerk was very attentive and patient with me.She helped me and she answered all my many questions.I will definitely come back.
