I drive from Brickell to this ups. The parking is perfect, the employees couldn’t be more helpful to me and best of all, you are in and out fast, well, as fast as my walker can get me;).

I’d like to share my experience with this store this morning. I came in with a baby to send documents to Canada. There were two young woman working. I explained to them that there is no rush and I’d like to know all options. They gave me a quote on my package and the price was outrageous for a 2 oz envelope $177. I’d like to mention that they packaged my envelope before even giving me a quote. I asked them that they’re just be other options since I don’t need it to be delivered in a rush delivery. They started telling me that that the ONLY choice and all UPS stores only offer that price unless I do it online myself. One of them told me that I should go home and do the label myself if I want to save money. I refused to use their services for $177 for one envelope since this was ridiculous so I left. Before I left another one of them told me that if I go to any UPS store the price will be the same even though I showed her online prices on UPS website and one of them was $31 for a non rush service. Guess what I went to the another UPS store a few blocks away and sent my envelope for $31 like it was shown online.
Please be aware of this store where they were trying to scam me into paying a price almost 6 times more and telling me that there is NO other option. Shame on those women and I hope this will be looked into by the owner. They give misleading /scamming information so they can charge people who actually come to the UPS for help and service. Do not recommend this UPS store.

Store #2232’s employees are polite and get you out fast. They also remember repeat customers. Plus they are very helpful on helping their customers save money by resizing boxes and organizing the items in such away that a smaller box goes a long way.

Customer Service is always courteous and efficient. We have been customers since UPS took over the store and are very happy with the services.

Went to mail a package and they wanted to charge $2.65 to print a label. You saved $2.65 and lost a customer for life.

Visited 12/6/24 at 6:30 PM: Both the employees at the time of my visit clearly did not want to work. One of them was on his phone when I walked in, and he did not greet me or offer to assist me. The other employee was talking about sneakers with another customer who was off to the side packing his box. After about 30 seconds the young man who was talking about sneakers noticed I was there and said he could assist me. As soon as I got to the register, the customer off to the side was now ready to be helped, so instead of the other guy who was on his phone doing nothing helping me, the young man who said he could help me had me standing there waiting because the other customer decided he was ready. Then another customer walked in and finally the man on his phone decided to help that person, but now I’m standing there waiting while a customer who came in after me was being helped before me. I mentioned this to both of these employees and they seemed to not understand what I was annoyed about. Additionally, when I entered the store, I had a very large box that I was struggling to bring through the door. Neither of them offered to help me, which was frustrating because they both were not doing anything while I was struggling. I also mentioned to them that neither of them helped me. The young man who made me wait for his other customer said to me that I didn’t ask for help. I then said I don’t have to ask for help, he’s at his job and I’m not asking for a favor. He responded by saying “yes you do”. That I would be like me going into a Publix checkout lane and then instead of the cashier greeting me and starting to scan my items, I had to ask them to please start scanning my items. “Please kind sir, please help me by doing your job I beg you!!” Is that what this young man wanted to hear? Fact of the matter is, both employees were 1. being lazy and didn’t want to do their jobs which is to assist customers, 2. Not very gentleman like of either of them to watch a woman struggle and not offer to help.
If I get a response to this post I’ll delete the 1 star review, but most likely no one will care to respond or address their employees because this a billion dollar monopoly of a company and customer service doesn’t make the shareholders $$$.

Terrible service by the young lady there, terrible attitude and then quoted me a price without even weighing my item….. $700!!! Went 5 minutes down the street to the FEDEX packing center and got quoted $200 and got actual good service ….. no chance I’m ever going back there and neither should you, they’re obviously overcharging

After a horrid experience at the UPS in the Dadelamd North Shopping Center, I drove to this location by U of M—evenwithout an appointment—and was treated respectfully and professionally by a young man named Christian. He and another staff member signed and notarized my documents in less than 15 minutes, even though the store was very busy.
