Terrible service by the young lady there, terrible attitude and then quoted me a price without even weighing my item….. $700!!! Went 5 minutes down the street to the FEDEX packing center and got quoted $200 and got actual good service ….. no chance I’m ever going back there and neither should you, they’re obviously overcharging

After a horrid experience at the UPS in the Dadelamd North Shopping Center, I drove to this location by U of M—evenwithout an appointment—and was treated respectfully and professionally by a young man named Christian. He and another staff member signed and notarized my documents in less than 15 minutes, even though the store was very busy.

I usually go to that same location. Today there was apparently an incident between them and the atmosphere was hostile. The attention was terrible. I don't have the name of the person who helped me but it was one of the ladies. Although she was not rude, she did put pressure on me that I did not understand to give her the job I was receiving through my office. I had to go to the site because my printer had problems. They always have to be professional, not one day yes and another day no. Correct it.

ABOVE & BEYOND!! It’s a busy shop - but the staff is professional and efficient taking time to be careful and polite with each customer. Super clean and nice - a model for other UPS stores!! I drive out of my way to go there for all shipping needs.

To repeat: Almost NEVER opens on schedule. I'm talking about 30-60 minutes late. And like many other customers experience...HORRIBLE customer service and an attitude coming from the staff. One can only conclude that this is a reflection of management. Finally, the place is a disheveled mess and always has been.... which, here too, is a reflection on management. This place deserves to have its franchise revoked!! UPS: don't you set standards for your franchisees??
