The employees are always very quick with receiving packages and are friendly. They welcome people usually with a hello. The lighting in the store is very cozy. Parking could be a bit more work but that’s the city’s issue and not UPS.

The staff at this location exceeds professionalism and customer service beyond the best standards. This is the only UPS location that I would ever consider going to great staff, great leadership and great customer service.

Customer service could be better. I understand their is a “line starts here” sign but if i am the only customer in the store and an employee is ALREADY walking to the register to help me, what is the point in saying “sir, you need to wait over there” if i am already being helped? It took all of 5 seconds for the employee to get to the register. She needs to get off her power trip and learn how to speak to customers. Other employees were great.

WORST EXPERIENCE
I would never step foot in this store again. My husband was dropping off very expensive merchandise. There was a long line, and one of the employees mentioned that anyone with a prepaid label could leave their package on the table. My husband did as instructed. A couple of weeks later, we found out that the label was never scanned, and the package, worth almost $600, magically disappeared.
When we called UPS at this location, we were told that without an actual receipt from the store, they couldn't help us!!!!
My husband and I went to the store and called the police. My husband knew the time when he left the package, but the store claimed they couldn't find it on camera.
Weeks later, I called the UPS store again, and one of the employees told me that they did see my husband leaving the package. He even described the type of package and recommended driving to the UPS warehouse to check the lost package department.
So like multiple calls to the store and personal visit is not enough ??? Now we have to go to the warehouse???
Really ?
What kind of customer service is it ?
Finally I reported them to the BBB, they lied in their response, claiming my husband left the package himself (he was instructed to leave it) and that they couldn't find him on camera—another lie. Everything about this experience was wrong: zero customer service, zero responsibility.
If you leave a package at this store without scanning it, be prepared for it to disappear, with no one held accountable.

We had such a great experience shipping out 8 very large boxes using this UPS store. Rocio was amazing, efficient and extremely helpful. The store was super busy on a Sunday and she was the only employee working but she never got flustered and handled everything for us while also helping other customers and keeping the line moving. She made a stressful move extremely calm and easy. Can’t say enough good things about her customer service!

AMAZING. The best customer service, I did not get the name of the person who helped me but he was just wonderful. Not only he helped me out but he did so with a very great attitude which is rare these days. Definitely recommend!! They were quick, sweet and friendly!!

The service today, April 14th, by Diego was exceptional. While dealing with the Amazon returns system being down he was able to assist me with shipping a large number of heavy items via UPS. His communication, demeanor and methodical way of working through all of the pieces was very much appreciated. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to use this location again or recommend it.

One star because we were told that they closed early on Sundays than the list of time at the door. Would be nice if management team would post that on the door itself and include that in Google mapsIn addition upon response to original comment:One person left without being able to be serviced around 2:53pm.There was a customer inside.A staff member came to the door at 2:55 and opened the lock and tried to give us the excuse that they close early as mentioned above
