I had a great experience working Sonya. She is honest, communicative, and knowledgeable. She gives her best efforts to work efficiently, following up with me and my agent, as well as, running numbers for any property I sent her at moments notice. I had a wonderful experience with Sergio and Sonya. They are both amazing people who gave 100 percent effort in securing a mortgage for me. I had a few unpleasant experiences before with other mortgage brokers however Sonya and Sergio provided me with their knowledge and expertise not to mention patience and understanding. I am a foreign buyer and this is not always easy feat to secure a mortgage. On top of that I had a quick closing to secure the property that I was buying. With all that I closed on time seamlessly. Union Mortgage are truly exceptional. This is the second house I buy with their help. I am always impressed with their level of knowledge and how they are ALWAYS available for any questions you may have about the process. The second time I purchased a foreclosure house so it wasn’t a straightforward deal.They provide with weekly updates to ensure you are up to date with the process. Their cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and they did!Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended them to all my family and friends. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call them again.
