“Not the best customer service when you call the 1800 number but I was able to resolve my driving credit issue through the company's local market manager, who was polite and understanding. Great selection of cars and very convinient locations throughout. Zipcar and Car2go nicely compliment each other. Zipcar is perfect for more than an hour especially If your returning to the same location. They also have a wide array of vehicle options including luxury brands. Car2go on the other hand only have smartcars but they are perfect for under an hour and you may leave them at other locations. I sold my second car recently so its good to have Zipcar close by as an option when I get bored of driving mine.”
