You know that saying, “Don’t judge a book by its cover”? Well, that perfectly fits Tiffany at the MERRY Park location. Looks can be deceiving and in this case, they definitely are. You see the brand, but you don’t see the lack of quality behind it.
A simple silver ring, worn normally, broke right through the structure. And then the manager gives me this look , I don’t even know what kind of clients she’s used to dealing with , and tells me that’s “just the type of ring.” Seriously? Horrible. Awful service, awful quality.
You should make it clear what kind of “quality” each of your stores represents, because this is unacceptable. $200 to fix a ring that broke due to your own structural flaw, and you tell me the issue is “the design”? That’s your fault, not mine.
I’m honestly disgusted by how I was treated. The manager even said the cost was for sending the ring out to be evaluated and returned. Not even in my own business would I ever charge my clients for something like that. Shameful customer service.
A company of your size making an issue out of a simple structural weld on a faulty product , it’s pathetic. I’m going after my consumer rights. I’ll never, ever buy anything from this brand again.
Absolutely disgusting.

I recently visited the Tiffany & Co. location at Merrick Park while shopping for a housewarming gift for my sister—specifically something from their high-end kitchenware collection. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t reflect the level of service I’ve come to associate with the Tiffany brand.
I had just come from the gym upstairs, so I was dressed casually. As a younger adult, I couldn't help but feel that I was being judged based on my appearance and age. Right after I walked in, a sales associate approached me. I explained what I was looking for, but was quickly told to “just order online,” without any effort to assist or show me options in-store. The interaction felt dismissive, as if I didn’t belong there.
I tried to express some concerns about ordering online—mainly that I wanted to see the item in person, especially since it was a gift—but the response I got was, “It’s packaged and wrapped,” as if that should have been enough to settle the conversation. There was no attempt to address my concerns or offer any real help.
Later, I spotted the Wisteria set on display and wanted to show it to my sister, who was with me—she’s particular about what she likes, and I wanted her input. But when I pointed it out, the associate bluntly said, “That’s just a display,” with a tone and body language that made it clear we weren’t really welcome to browse or engage any further.
It’s disappointing to walk into a store known for luxury and hospitality and leave feeling dismissed and unwelcome. I came in genuinely looking to make a purchase, but based on how I was treated, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

We recently visited Tiffany & Co. and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and at ease. A special thank you goes to Sealy, our sales associate, who went above and beyond to help us find the perfect ring. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to what we were looking for. Her professionalism and warm personality made the entire process not only enjoyable but memorable.
The quality and craftsmanship of Tiffany’s jewelry speak for themselves, but it was Sealy’s guidance that made this purchase feel extra special. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and will definitely return for future occasions.
Highly recommend both Tiffany & Co. and Sealy for anyone searching for timeless pieces and exceptional service!

I ordered an item online and I inserted a message to printed on the card. When I went there to pick it up, the vendor gave me the package without the card. When I asked for it she said that she didn’t have the card printed, and gave me a blank card so I could write my message. This is not the customer service that I expected for a store a like Tiffany’, and I will not buy from this location anymore.

Went today to the store at Coral Gables Florida to pick up my wife’s gift. Order # 43319 and Intr Ref 1A50022810004.Went with my kids and wife. Advisor Paola Velazquez (In store rep) did a horrible job of making us feel comfortable. Did not offer any water or anything while other customers were receiving better service. Advisor went ahead and opened her gift without asking and the gift did not have the note we had written for her. This ruined the whole surprise and did not make my wife feel special. This is suppose to be a high end place but service did not reflect.

terrible and incredible that after spending so much money in this place now they start charging 20$ per item to get them clean.
No appreciation or care with their clients, it's all about money and numbers; something that has been a courtesy for so many years now it's priced.
Huge disappointment!

I was very happy with my experience at Tiffany’s. I passed by to buy the last piece to my “Return to Tiffany’s” collection and I was immediately greeted by a fantastic team. Everyone was very kind to my husband and I, adding to the overall experience.
I will say the checkout experience was a bit slow but they were very smooth about it, and I was not in a rush. Like always the quality of the piece was fantastic and the browsing even better.
Kudos.

My Tiffany watch needed a new battery. So, I headed over to Merrick Park.
I had to wait for a clerk after ringing the service department bell. Pavlov must have been conducting experiments in the other room.
Finally, the service clerk reared her head. I told her my watch required a new battery. She placed my watch on a velvet tray, gave me a receipt, and told me to return in an hour.
An hour!?
I browsed the mall.
When I arrived back at Tiffany's service department, I rang the bell, but nothing happened. I rang again. Finally, on the third ring, a woman with an irritated look came through the door. Explaining why I was there and handed her my "ticket."
Without a word, she turned around and went inside where nobody could see her, presumably to fetch my watch, which should have now been working perfectly.
I waited, waited, and waited longer. Finally, I pressed the service bell again, the woman peeked out and said she'd be another minute.
She finally came out with my watch on a tray and some paperwork. I took my watch and put it on my wrist and hurriedly asked what I owed.
"Thirty-six dollars." I knew that was a lot for a watch battery but, after all, this was Tiffany. I was certain I now had the finest battery ever manufactured, and that a certified Tiffany technician performed a cursory inspection of the watch to ensure there were no looming problems inside.
I handed the less-than-eager clerk my credit card, signed the chit, and walked briskly out of the store toward the parking lot [where I paid an additional amount for the privilege of buying my $36 battery]
But as I walked to my car, I looked at the watch to see how much time I had to get to my meeting.
The time on the watch was fixed on the exact time it read when I brought it in. And the second hand wasn't moving.
Something went wrong with my expert Tiffany battery installation.
I marched back, rang the bell, and waited for the Queen of Tiffany Service. I explained the watch still wasn't working and asked if anybody looked at it after the battery was changed.
"If you'd like, sir, I can send it to our expert repair facility in New Jersey to determine what's wrong with the watch. We can have it repaired there".
I repeated, "Did anybody look at the after the battery was changed to ensure the watch was working?"
Again, the watch was offered a trip to New Jersey.
I explained I'd lost confidence in Tiffany and had no assurance a trip to New Jersey would result in my watch working properly.
I chanted my recurring mantra, "Did anybody look after the battery was changed to ensure the watch was working?
"Sir," I was told, "the battery in your battery is brand new. I can bring you the empty package to show you."
"I'm sure you can," I replied. "But I simply want to know if anybody saw the watch operating correctly after the battery was changed".
I was teeming with anger but didn't let it show. You know the old adage about attracting more flies with honey than you can with vinegar? I desperately wanted to attract some honey because I was swimming in flies and vinegar.
The clerk offered to get the manager for me.
Another minute or two passed--and my honey appeared! An attractive, well-dressed, competent-sounding woman asked me to tell her what had happened.
I explained.
She offered my watch a trip to New Jersey at my expense and highly recommended it. "No, thank you," I told the honey. I've lost confidence in Tiffany and would prefer to take the watch some

Decided to go to this location due to pure convenience but was extremely disappointed with the service. I have made multiple purchases at international tiffany’s and never had an experience like this. I walked in wearing a few of my pieces from tiffany’s and asked if I could get them cleaned the woman working stated that they were too busy in the back and I could drop it off and get it in 3 days. We were the only people in the store shopping. Typically when I get my jewelry cleaned it takes at the most ten minutes never days. Also no prices were listed at all anywhere which is unusual as I have been to more than ten locations worldwide and prices have always been listed. I don’t know if she was assuming we wouldn’t buy anything due to how we were dressed but I was wearing a few expensive tiffany’s pieces. Sad that this was the only store I have ever had a poor experience at.

Had two great shopping experiences with Cece. She was very professional, welcoming and accommodating to my family and I, even placing us in a private area so I can feed my baby while we shopped.
