I recently had a rather concerning experience when my package ( Engagement ring ) went missing during its delivery process. However, I would like to take a moment to commend the exceptional assistance I received from the UPS team in resolving this issue.Upon realizing that my package had gone astray, I immediately contacted UPS Store. The Owner I spoke with was not only patient and empathetic but also highly efficient in addressing my concerns. They swiftly initiated a trace on my package and assured me that they would do their utmost to locate it after 3 days the manager called me and he said he found my package and he handled it to me.

I would give it a zero if could. I did their summer storage and they just failed to deliver any of my things without explanation/warning after confirming the day of that it would be delivered (something I paid extra for). I now have to stay in a raw dorm with nothing in it except a suitcase because on top of that, I didn't find out they didn't deliver anything until after they closed. Also the workers are hit or miss when it comes to helping you. The man we talked to sounded like he had no idea what he was doing. Would not recommend.

This UPS Store offers terrible service. Being a student at the University of Miami, I was very excited to see that a UPS Store was on campus. I was expecting shipping in and out of the store to be an easy process that wouldn't yield any problems. I was wrong. I've had packages shipped to this UPS Store over 10 times in the past few years here at this school, and not once was receiving my package an easy task. Over half of the time, the packages I've had delivered here get "lost" or "misplaced," and the customer service sucks. I've lost $100+ worth of school supplies and other items because of the terrible services provided by this location. When I've tried to get refunded or otherwise compensated for these lost items, I've always been told to wait and that a call would be returned when they've found the items. They NEVER return the call and NEVER found any of the items that they themselves admitted to losing. I would recommend taking your shipping needs to any other place but this UPS Store, because you WILL be losing your packages and your time and effort in trying to get them found.

Waited over 20 min in line to then be charged $2 for printing out a pdf paper copy of my label (Which is usually 20 cents at other locations). Bad Customer service.

Alfonso, Alfonso, Alfonso. The customer service he offered was above and beyond and I cant even express in these words what it meant to me personally, but I will try. I have never spoken or met Alfonso before this interaction and to say I was blown away by his kindness is an understatement. Coming from New York I was very concerned about a couple of shipments going to this location as this was unfamiliar territory to me. Alfonso was so sympathetic and compassionate about my concerns and really listened, then he took it on his own to ensure that no mishaps would happen, and it didn't. He treated me like I was part of his family but I was a complete stranger to him. He called me a few times with updates that really put my anxiety at ease. His hands on approach is something that you rarely see nowadays.I gather my experience with Alfonso was something that was not uncommon as he was recently promoted to Store Manager. When I heard this great news I was so happy as its always nice to see hard work and dedication pay off. I wish him much success running this store as I know he earned it.

Customer service at it's best!! Owner/Manager RIchard is so helpful and gets things done quickly. This is an amazing store with customers their priority. Highly recommend this store!
