I've been here for over 3 years with my two children. Highly recommend! The layouts are great, very quiet, and amazing location. The management team is top notch. If anything needs to be fixed they do it ASAP and respond to any issues I have right away. We love it here and only have good things to say about our experience...

We lived at Merrick Park for more than 2yrs and were very happy with the community. The building is well maintained and well managed. Claudio and Andrea were very professional and attentive. Highly recommended to anybody looking to move to the area.
