The Munch by Pump & Munch is an excellent all-around grocery, deli, and breakfast and lunch establishment. Guests receive outstanding, fast, and great customer service, greeted with smiles that make their day. The team provides great treatment and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. The food is great, featuring amazing breakfast and great sandwiches with a great balance of ingredients at a reasonable price. The parking is very good, though there is only one table to dine in. It is highly recommended.

I come to the lejeune road establishment three times a week.. there's an older gentleman in there that makes the best subs and most of all he gives a great feel for the place! We need more people in this world like him.
