Took my Q5 in for service for the first time at the Collection. The service advisor, Marllon was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Will definitely be returning to him in the future.The Audi tech Kayla who did the service was an absolute pro and left the car brand new. Will also request her specifically moving forward

I made an appointment got reminders that were tasteful, was taken in immediately to MY service manager Mike Montero who has been there for years and is great, got called in the afternoon when the car was ready and they had washed her. The entire experience was 1st class. I love my Audi and I love Audi as a company.

Shopping at the collection for a new vehicle couldn’t have been easier or smoother without the help from Brandon Dahlman. Brandon went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with my purchase. He wasn’t pushy, he didn’t make me feel rushed. He was the only salesman that came up to me and gave me their attention and time. I wasn’t originally going to purchase a vehicle but Brandon worked his magic and I drove off in a Porsche. Thanks to Brandon for selling me on a dream and for helping get the deal done.

Our Audi experience at the collection was great!Micheal (advisor) is excellent! He is attentive to our needs and has great phone manners. Returns phone calls and offers his direct line by text for immediate attention.His appointment coordinator (Gabriel) is the same!Wonderful phone manners and he really is interested in the customers best interest.Great job guys!!
