Poor quality and cheap products. They don't last long, the results are horrible. They don't give refunds and you will not be happy with the results.

I buy Taudrey to commemorate special moments in life as well as gifts for family and friends. Their quality is amazing, and customer service is always on point. And the showroom is so cute too! Can’t wait to get my permanent soon!

I did not have a good experience. I made an appointment and had to wait almost 40 minutes because they took walk ins before appointments. After we had to wait, they let us know they don’t add letters to the permanent jewelry necklaces which was really disappointing because permanent jewelry is an experience you want to do with someone special… On top of that, as I was already there and had to drive 40 minutes to be there for my appointment I asked for another type of permanent jewelry. The jeweler was not able to do it as the owner can only do it.

Taudrey is an amazing jewelry store! I love how they offer permanent jewelry, that is truly special and something you cannot find at most places. I love all of the jewelry they offer, and how they offer so many different pieces such as necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, hand chains, etc. Everything is made so beautifully and is the best quality! Their customer service is also amazing, and their repair service is great. In convolution, I highly recommend this business and will keep shopping here for years to come!
