Every time I go round 5:30pn to get Lottery ticket attendant tells me he can not sell tickets because machine is off line I figure he’s balancing and don’t want to sell and get him out of balance

Just got ripped off by idiot at gas station i told him i wanted to pay half cash and credit he charged me 9 dollars and stole 5 in cash suppost to be 14 dollars in total
