Hello! I bought a sectional at an outlet artifact which, 3 months after purchasing, the fabric was already all hairy and full of pills, I called to see if they had a solution for the problem, they only told me that the saleswoman no longer works there…. Also when I bought it they promised me a delivery date which was never the case, after so many excuses they gave me and I had already been waiting for 2 months I told them that I no longer wanted the sectional, that they would return my money, they flatly told me no, that They could only give me store credit. Their attention is terrible and if what I read in another comment is true, they don't see you as wealthy people or even look at you!!!

If you decide to renovate your kitchen we highly recommend Jana Serruya the Senior Designer at Scavolini Kitchen in Coral Gables. She is professional, attentive and has amazing taste and designs. We were very pleased with her customer service and definitely recommend Scavolini if you want to have a beautiful Kitchen in your home.

My experience in Artefacto was impressive, as you would expect from a store this expensive. I went to buy some furniture for my apartment and the treatment you get is amazing, from the valet guy to the salespeople and designers, who really helped me with my choices. I had to wait for a couple of months since the furnishings came directly from Brazil, but it was definitely worth it, as the quality and beautifulness exceeded my expectations.

I ordered products for my living room and was promised a delivery date in advanced. Do not trust their word! Alessandra promises dates that she cannot confirm. The products are quality stuff but just remember that you will not receive your shipments on time. One of the worst companies for communication that I've worked with.

I spent over $60,000 here, and they were full of empty promises from the beginning. I feel disgusting for ever having spent even $1 here as they did an awful job at fulfillment. One of the worst furniture stores to buy from.

I had a terrible experience at that store and im just putting this review for all the people that goes there be very careful when they leave the car at Vale.
weeks ago, I was working for a show that was celebrate there, I park my car in the entrance of the store, hour later, someone came in and ask for the keys of everyone there to move the cars, no one gives me a valet ticket or nothing, later when I check my car it has a huge scratch in the right back door, when I talk with the host of the store and she calls the person in charge of valet, she told me not to worried about, because they have Security cameras and everything, information that after the valet person confirm with me, he try to avoid all responsibility about the people from the valet and he said that anyways he will check the cameras and he will give me call... a week later because nobody calls, I decided to call again and ask for the Mannager of the store, the person never toke my call, so I explained the person on the phone again the problem and I say that I was eating to see the the videos from the cameras, she said that specific day the cameras was not working so there is no videos that show my car there... no one gives me a real answer and worse the person in charge or Mannager wasn't enough correct to take my call and explain the situation.
im agree with other reviews, how sad its that such a beautiful has such a bad costumer service.
