Terrible customer service, overpriced. Brought my wedding dress to get cleaned and a day later get a text for a quote double what I was told (over 1k). I call the office requesting to pick it up and the lady tells me I can come the following day anytime after 9.30 am. I come by 11 and the lady in the front gives a terrible attitude, telling me the dress isn’t there and she wasn’t sure where it was or when it would get there. I proceed to tell her I was asked to come after 9.30 am and if she could call the driver to see how far he was considering I had an appointment to go, she said she couldn’t and that it could arrive anytime from 11 to 3.30 pm. I call the office and another lady who seemed to be too busy or too annoyed to answer any questions says he will arrive “soon”, I question how soon that would be and she just says “soon”. I explained I was told to come in the morning and had somewhere to be so she finally says “in 15 minutes he will be there” then hangs up the call as I was finishing my sentence. 30 minutes go by I call again, she gives me more attitude and says he will be there “soon” then hangs up the call on my face AGAIN. An hour later the dress arrived. Glad I picked up and didn’t do the service there. I would have stopped by later in the day if that was requested but it is unacceptable to get this kind of treatment when the client arrives in the time it was advised just to get attitude and workers hanging up the phone in the middle of the call on purpose. Awful.

I left a winter coat there and the smell of the product they used is very horrible and it was impregnated into the piece, I had to send it to another dry cleaner!

Was having a very bad Wednesday morning, blazer had suddenly ripped off, found a quick spot to fix. Rey Cleaner’s staff where very helpful and assisted with the stiching up my blazer like new in 25 minutes.. Great place now I will start to consider if bring my laundry her for supreme service…

Rey's dry cleaners is one of the worst dry cleaners I have ever experienced. If you live in Palm beach, I would urge you not to trust your clothes with this business. They are unreliable, overpriced and poorly managed.

Just wanted to THANK Rey’s Cleaners and let them know how impressed and pleased I am with their customer service this past Saturday.The good review that I posted in Yelp explains it all:”Rey’s is by far the best place in town for exquisite finish on GUAYABERAS.Now I can attest that their CUSTOMER SERVICE MATCHES THEIR EXCELLENCE in dry cleaning.On a recent Saturday when my order was not ready by promised date (due Friday), I was informed that their laundry facilities were closed with no personnel on site and no way of retrieving the clothing until after Tuesday. I was very distressed.But Susy, the store manager, immediately promised to do her best to help me. She came through.She contacted the business OWNER who then went personally (after hours, on a Saturday) to their main laundry facility, located the order and drove it to the shop where Susy was waiting for me to pick up. They went above and beyond!IMPRESSIVE…this kind of outstanding customer service israre. It is very much appreciated and cherished when encountered in this day and age.You can be 100% assured that Rey’s excellence in dry cleaning is match with their excellence in customer service.”Thank you with all my heart.

Twenty years ago a stain of unimaginable proportions ruined a one-of-kind couture shirt. Rey’s was able to remove the stain, returning my shirt looking brand new and untouched! Rey’s is truly the best dry cleaning service in the industry!
