I went there to get some money which was ordered via Western Union. On their website it says: NO CHECKING ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED FOR WESTERN UNION. So the employee (Jorge) was very rude and told me, that I HAVE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT TO RECEIVE MONEY VIA WESTERN UNION! I told him 5 TIMES, that on their website is shows different, but he did not want to serve me. In my opinion this is FRAUD!!! DO not go there, if you need your business handled with or via WESTERN UNION! I will complain with Western Union as well, as they have a customer center as well.

George Penaranda is an amazing, intelligent, courteous young man who tirelessly helps me out in a multitude of various ways!! What an asset to Regions!! I have been dealing with Regions for many years, but have never encountered an individual like him!! He is a real blessing to my life!! He deserves recognition far and above!!!!!

We recently obtained a mortgage loan with Regions, and want to recognize Ada Guerra for her tremendous customer service. Ada went absolutely above and beyond, from guiding us through a complicated situation, to getting us a phenomenal rate. Where other brokers lacked in knowledge and experience, Ada surpassed with flying colors. We now have our dream house because of her care and attention.
