“I have to give huge compliments to Luis and Jason. They went so far above and beyond to help my sister and myself.
On Friday, I went there to ship a package to my sister, and as things happen, the delivery was having issues. Trying to get through to UPS Corporate was a nightmare, but after I called them, Jason and Luis were all over this and got the issue resolved very very quickly.
That type of customer service is very rarely seen. I know that people are often quick to complain, but in this case, they deserve all the compliments they can get.

“Much to my dismay I arrived for my appointment with the notary when the store was closed due to modified spring break hours (this store is on UM campus). I do not believe this was the store's fault.
