In general, I’ve been liking Pottery Barn (and kids). Until shopping in their store. I was waiting to pay and the store manager took 1 person in front of me, then another. The 2nd time I told her I was not about to wait for her to take care of a 2nd customer that came after me. She said with an attitude that she didn’t realise and that she’s the store manager. I explained that if she didn’t know who’s turn it was (considering their counter has no sort of organisation for people to queue) she could have just asked. I ended up being helped by one of the employees there - a very respectful man.

Roly is there person who attended us. He helped us with stroller selection, car seats and also a crib. His product knowledge, demeanor and customer service was above and beyond. I only wish I could give him more stars.

Well Pottery Barn Customer Service and integrity has sure gone down hill. Have been shopping from the firm for over 15 years. Recently ordered close to $10,000 in kids furniture. Called their Customer Service 6 times, no one knows what is going on. My delivery date has shifted 3 times. Now its 2 months out from my original delivery date and they still dont know whats going on. Shape up Pottery Barn, or you will end up another bankrupt entity of the past.

Do not shop here!!! The staff that works here are rude and not very helpful. I stood in line to be rung up and was next in line. The cashier took the person after me and I was staring straight at her. When she was done with that customer, she had the audacity to walk away and I had to speak up and ask her to ring me out. Is it because I am not hispanic or do I not look like I am wearing a ton gf bling--just saying---but that was so rude and I was so offended. I emailed their corporate office and to no avail no one ever contacted me back to even inquire about the situation! Avoid this store at all cost!

Pottery barn is a joke. It’s so expensive for absolute terrible quality and their customer service is very poor. I spoke to customer service because I had purchased a backpack for my son for school and I informed the customer service agent that the backpack was peeling on the side and it has never been wet or washed. She told me because we hit the year mark literally by a couple daysthere was absolutely nothing they can do when I asked to speak to a supervisor she refused.

There is a heavyset, Hispanic woman, 45-55 years of age, I think she is the manager there. She is so unprofessional and rude. I have been to pottery barn to shop three times within the last two weeks. Gratefully, I’ve been finally helped by other employees but she’s always the first employee that I run into because she does nothing but stand behind the counter. She has such a poor customer service approach. Everything bothers her she doesn’t want to help and behaves like a low class teenager rolling her eyes. They should really reconsider having her there.

Never do business here. No customer support and the short dude ROLLY who plays dress up as a manager is useless and condescending. He and the other staff are the sole reason we will never do business here again. Pottery Barn needs to reconsider their hiring process. Btw amigo I speak Spanish fluently and understood those slick under the breath comments made.

What can I say about this store, very incompetent employees, none of them know what they are doing, the refund system is horrible, I did refunds here and a month later after my third trip to this store they still haven’t process my refunds. I have one week left actually to give birth and still dealing with their stupid refund system and another trip next week to this horrible store. They should change their refund system which doesn’t make any sense and have better trained employees.

Very expensive and horrible delivery personnel. Took months to deliver and showed up damaged with only only one of two beds. We agreed to take it for a discount but theywould not get back to us. Rude service people. Not helpful. Not smart.

potterybarns for kids this place is incredibly a paradise for the little ones in the family, they become their own designers for the interior of their room and everything they need to decorate it.New born, kids and teenagers find ideas and the staff that works is very attentive and professionals in their specialty, the interior design of each room to your liking and desire.High recommend place for your next decorative project.

Absolutely love this Pottery Barn Kids. Staff is extremely nice and professional. Bought a stained princess pillow from them and they were more than happy to resolve the issue for me without hesitation. Great staff and atmosphere.

Venden productos que no tienen disponibilidad, te prometen que en 15 días llegará y que máximo al mes lo tendrás en casa, han pasado 4 meses y aún no me llega, me agendan fecha de entrega pero vienen las piezas incompletas, no quiero aceptar piezas para almacenar, luego vuelven a decirme que ya está completo y el día de entrega otra vez incompleto, estoy decepcionada me gustan mucho las dos camas que compré, pero le haré caso a mi esposo que nos devuelvan el dinero.

This is the worst experience in have ever had regarding customer service. We spent over $150 between a Customized Roller BackPack, Bottle and Lunch Bag. Just after 3 months of use, the pulling stick got stock, it barely come up and down. Well, I called Pottery Barn Kids to ask for tech support and custom Service, big surprise, they do not provide any type of service. So we spent $82 + tax for a roller backpack that now is half damaged. They wont even refer us to a place where to take it to get it fixed. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS POTTERY BARN PRODUCTS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.
