I have ordered several chairs, and two lamps. I have waited 2 weeks, but the people from customer care were extremely helpful and kept me updated on the shipping eta! Very satisfied.

The worst online shopping experience!! Ordered an item online 5 months ago and received multiple emails saying the shipment was on the way. After a month another email informed me that the table was in making and will ship out soon. 5 months later, still have not received the table and the agent still said the shipping is on the way!!

DO NOT EVER SHIP FURNITURE FROM HERE. IT TOOK OVER 3 MONTHS TO DELIVER MY ITEM AND WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS IN A WOODEN 280 POUND BOX THAT I HAD TO GET A HANDYMAN TO COME AND OPEN.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - THEY WILL BLAME EVERYTHING ON COVID AND NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND IF YOU ASK FOR IT.

Oroa is an absolute disaster!!!!!! Stay away! After waiting three months for my furniture, the company made and broke three delivery dates and each time,we waited all day for a delivery that never showed up!!!! three times! They could care less about their customers. Don't get sucked in by their pretty pictures and good prices or you will end up like me- a s***** that got screwed over again and again by Oroa. Folks - wish me luck getting my money back.

I purchased an Eichholtz Goldoni chair from OROA in November 2019. It took over two months to get it delivered to my home in DC from the Netherlands, but eventually it arrived. Much to my dismay, after less than two years of limited use, one of the chair arms broke while I was getting up from a seated position. I am a normal sized adult man, so its not like I put enormous weight on it. Clearly, the materials or construction (or both) were defective. I have never had a chair arm break like this in my entire 65 years of life.I contacted OROA and requested a replacement. They said that since the chair had been purchased more than 1 year ago, they couldn't guarantee a replacement, but would check with the factory. I sent them a short video clip showing the wobbly broken arm and a pic of the full chair. When I followed up with their support team a few days later, they forwarded an insulting message from someone at the factory who not only denied my request for a replacement, but accused me of sitting on the arm, causing it to break. I wrote back and assured them that the chair was used properly and that no one ever sat on the arm. Since they had denied my request for a replacement, I asked for a full refund.I was astonished at their response. They told me that "company policy" does not allow for a refund for a purchase made over 1 year ago. They then asked whether I wanted to buy a new similar chair from them since it was on sale. I couldn't believe that someone would insult my intelligence that way and suggest that I should buy another piece of furniture from a company that wouldn't even acknowledge that the prior piece was defective.After this experience, I will never buy Eichholtz furniture, or anything else, from OROA. Contrary to my prior belief, Eichholtz is not quality furniture. In my opinion, it is not deserving of the reputation that it is a good brand.Beware of OROA. It is a poorly run company that is peddling poorly constructed furniture.

We ordered $20,000. Worth of chairs which we needed for the season to replace old chairs.We were required to pay them all up front15 weeks agoCOVID cannot be to blame for everything.Freight time may be a slight delay, but doubled?We were told from the beginning it would take 4-6 weeks, then we agreed to an extra 2 weeks (max) to get the color we wanted. But it has been 15 weeks as of 12/22/2020 since we paid for this order. We have been more than understanding as COVID has caused delays all over the world, but we did ask from the beginning if that was going to affect our order and we were assured that no, it wouldn’t. Things like COVID & shipping containers are not in company control but at this point we are waiting on the upholsterer. We were told that the upholstery was done and that it would only take 2 days to install once the chairs got to Miami. Then we were told it would be up to another week as of the 14th because she was “busy”. We have passed that one week max and still getting no real solutions.We have been as polite and understanding as possible, but it is affecting our business and now we are being told yet another two weeks. Absolutely unacceptable.
