I had an ongoing problem adding OpticalTel as my ESPN provider so I could access ESPN+ on the ESPN app. Loudyne S. Was able to successfully assist me in this endeavor when other attempts were previously unsuccessful. She is a great asset to OpticalTel.

Was 3rd call to reset password and Willaim took the time to work with me to get the password reset so we could access your account after the service upgrade.
