Very disappointed. Low quality clothing at very high price tags. Not to mention they don’t even have a return policy. You’re stuck with a store credit until there’s something you like. In my case, waited almost a year. Bought some items recently including 2 bodysuits that I didn’t even realize were final sale. Didn’t even bother to try on because the fabric was very cheap for what I intended to wear them. The girl said sorry final sale, I ended up telling her to keep at the store because I had no use for them. Won’t buy here again. Overpriced! And implement a reasonable return policy.

I’m 5”11 and slim. I’ve always had a hard time finding long enough pants. I bought two pairs of pants and was so happy that they were long enough for me. The top is also from OHM.

I find it so hard to believe these negative comments about customer service… I emailed them while I was out of miami on an order I was suppose to pick up in person and asked for it to be delivered, within minutes I had my delivery invoice sent and my shirts were delivered literally the next day… I had my items at home waiting for me! This isn’t the first time I purchase from this store. Every single item is beautiful and customer service has always been on point! Keep up the good work! - Dayana S.

I do not agree with what they did to my husband, he bought a dress for me as a gift for an event which I did not wear because my mother had given me one, we went to the store to return the dress to the seller because my husband wanted the money back, the dress was delivered in perfect condition with its respective label and packaging, the seller checked it and said that everything was fine that We had to wait until Monday to be checked by the manager, she asked to live the package there , After 3 days she called me and the seller said that the dress had dark brown makeup on the bottom of the back of the dress how it’s possible ? Even my skin is light , it seemed to me dishonest of the company to do this type of thing and make us pay for a dress that was delivered and reviewed by the seller the same day where they can validate it by the camera inside the store and after 3 days they inform us of this? we come from Italy to United States for a week, we try to go personally to the store, wait for half an hour for the girl to check the dress and talk to the manager on the phone and then they give us a dress with makeup and they do not return our money, what kind of company is this? . Even if they are a small company, they must value their clients and even more when we do not live in the United States and we went in person to deliver a dress . the worst experience with this store

I absolutely love this boutique. Every person I’ve met who works here is incredibly sweet. The clothes is stunning and I always get compliments whenever I wear there clothing. The quality of the clothing is also perfect. I am obsessed with this store and the girls that work there!

Absolutely love this store and has easily become one of my if not favorite go to store to go. The owner is extremely sweet and went above and beyond to making sure my order was ready stat for my upcoming trip. The girls in the store are the sweetest ever!The store is absolutely gorgeous. My first time in the actual store since I mostly shop online due to time crunch.If you’re in town or are a native and are looking for beautiful cloths I recommend this place. Awesome service and awesome material. Plus! They fit fantastic. Im curvy and I love how it fits on me.Thanks again!Xoxo

I was very disappointed in this boutique. They have a beautiful Instagram with many gorgeous pieces. However, these pieces are not worth their very high price tag. These satin joggers (see pictures) have a beautiful print and are very soft, but there were loose threads all over, so the hems were not finished properly. This is before even washing it, I fear it may get worse after washing. There were other pieces that I returned in store because they didn’t fit (not the boutique’s fault at all). I understood that they did not actually issue refunds (which sucks but I accept as something being within their discretion) but I was shocked when they told me to choose between in-store credit or online credit, because the method I chose would not be honored if I chose to shop through the other method. If the credits are the boutique’s, I am not sure why they wouldn’t honor their own credits, regardless of their customers choosing to shop in-store or online or both. I was also disappointed I had to request a receipt of my return to ensure that my store credit was actually going to be issued. I was told my the store associates to simply wait until the store reopened on their next business day and then I should get it. All in all, their Instagram is very beautiful and I will be spending the store credits I get back for my return (if and when I get them), but once I’m done spending those credits I will not be shopping here again. I suggest you stay away if possible.

Very cute little boutique. I thought it was going to be bigger but they are super nice and you find different clothes. They have an online store that has more merchandise. You can order online and pick up at the store or they would send it to your house . Returns are online for store credit or exchange . I would go back there ! Their instragram page is super cute !
