We visited the store from out of town and were impressed with both gentlemen that helped us who were very attentive and assisted us in locating what we needed. I went in for bibs and came out with much more. Store was clean, organized and full of inventory.Thank you so much for the great experience!!

We came to Miami for a gfny and we had to visit the store. It is very nice with a lot of merchandise and variety, it is a shame there is not enough staff to serve it. We are a group of 4 people and one person to serve us was not enough. We had to stop at buying some tennis shoes and a pair of sweaters due to lack of time. Hopefully on another occasion we return and there are more people who can assist us. Greetings

Today I visited this store for the first time .I was just looking around and one of the salesmen approached me and said if I should look at some other bikes that are cheaper .I never been insulted like this before in my life !Maybe because I just finished my work and was wearing older clothes . Why should he decide if I have enough money to look at a Santa Cruz or a pivot bike ? I own 3 high end trail bikes , but that person just looks down at me because of the clothes I’m wearing. Amazing store but will never go back
