I have been working now with Katia Pasarin from Dior cosmetics for a few months now and can say she single handedly has made me obsessed with my recent cologne splurges. I enjoy coming to visit her so she can show me new fragrances. It all started with one Dior cologne and now I am amassing a collection due to her friendly help and knowledge of the brands and different scents. She also is genuine and gives me her feedback which I appreciate immensely. Go see Katia @ Dior!

I had a horrible experience. There was a worker with red glasses and a short brown bob. She decided she wouldn’t attend to my friend and I and assumed we were there for play. We tried being very respectful and even offered to put dresses back but she went ahead and got her manager instead. She even insulted us saying we didn’t look like “paying customers”. I have money to spend but that inappropriate behavior will not be receiving it.

Very bad experience in this location ,unable to refund a perfume because it had my finger prints when I expended 800.00 dollars in NM in Harbour the same day.I'm not buying anything else from this store ,that's why many of them are closed .

The standard Neiman Marcus experience. Most of the negative reviews here sum up an experience you'll encounter in one way or another. Better off using the store as a way to view/test a product you may be interested in, and then purchasing online so you don't have to deal with the sales personnel which can be pretty pushy in different circumstances.

Beautiful store with a great selection of current styles and products. Parking was not too much of a hassle although for my next visit, I’ll try valet.

What has happened? The men's department offerings look like street corner kiosk clothes. If you want a high quality, quietly luxurious suit or shoes run the other way. If you want the full ghetto look then this is your place.
