I was also charged for extras that I did not request. I was not informed about the EXTRA CHARGES , INCLUDING insurance I did not want to add . I will never go back to this store. I was given the WORST PHONE they had . I guess it was my fault for trusting them . 😢

Very bad experience, young Samuel sells with deception, I left the company I was in and came to Metro, he offered me a plan for three months and then he told me that he would change it and I would pay less and when I checked my bank account it was not the amount he had told me, I have gone to the store twice and I can't get him, the young women in the store helped me call and I had to wait a long time for them to make a call and get something better. I tried calling and they hung up the phone immediately 3 times before finally picking up and telling me they couldn't help with my charger port issue. Waste of time

They charge you for more items than you are asking for. I went in for a phone and they added on a case, screen protector, wireless charger, and earbuds (last 4 in photo). She even installed the screen protector and case in front of me without asking! I asked if this was included free with the phone, and she said yes they are with coupons. I paid and then asked for the receipt, and realized I paid for them all! I only came in for a phone!!! If you come, ask for breakdown before paying. They’re just there to take your money.
