Horrible experience! Bought a mattress in the box this AM. Realized it was too small. Returned immediately to exchange it for a larger, more expensive mattress and they would not do so. Because it was “out of the box!” It is physically impossible for one person alone (specially a woman) to be able to do so. The manage also refused to assist in putting it in the box. No wonder the store is always empty! NEVER EVER buy anything from them!!!

Jose was knowledgeable. He helped me select my new mattress. I had no idea about what hybrids were and he was able to show me the difference. I have been using my mattress for about a month now and I am more than happy with the mattress as well as the professional service I received from this store. Highly recommend Jose for the best experience if you're looking to buy a mattress long term.

Buying a mattress can be difficult, but Mattress Firm University Of Miami made buying a mattress so easy. After doing much research but not wanting to buy online, we went to Mattress Firm because of the great google feedback. Jose and Mariana greeted us at the door and could not have been more helpful. They took time to explain the differences, suggested which firmness would be best for us, and did not pressure us on which mattress to buy. The Labor Day sale price was $200 less than a big box store for the identical mattress. When closing on the purchase there was no additional hidden costs. We bought on Saturday and it arrived on Monday, after Jose called to tell us when it would be delivered. We could not be more pleased with the product or service. Many thanks to Jose and Mariana.

Alfnary was the best salesperson I could find as my wife and I are moving in, she is pregnant and he was super kind. There were good Memorial Day discounts and we closed a great deal. Unfortunately, I had to update it and lower the grade. Upon arrival of my mattress,.I found out that assembling was not included. Alfnary promised it was, but the staff had no clue. The linens I bought were in a different color. Hence, there was a disconnection between the sales.pitch and the delivery.
