Top-notch and high-end furniture store in Coral Gables. Things are expensive for a reason here. They do not sell cheap stuff but the quality of whatever I purchased was very solid and sturdy.

I ordered 2 chairs from Italy at the Luminaire store in Beverly Hills. After waiting 7 months for them, I was shocked to find that they had put black fabric on them rather than the fabric we ordered which was white. They were apologetic but when it came to reordering chairs with the correct fabric, they told me I would have to wait another 7 months. They spoke to the manufacturer and stated they could do nothing about this lead time. How could the sales person have made that mistake in the first place?? And then to have to wait another 7 months????!! crazy. At this point if I got a refund and ordered something else, it would probably take the same amount of time. Please go somewhere else where a mistake like this would not happen! Not the best customer service if they cannot push manufacturer to hurry this order.

We visited the store on 11.14.21 looking for a dining table, but we walked around the store and nobody offered any assistance. The lady sitting at the store was too busy looking at her cellphone ?. Horrible customer service! I will take my business somewhere else that values custumers.

They have great stock, but their shipping department couldn't get it to me in one piece. They were one for three on an expensive glass table (the first arrived in a hundred pieces, the second missing the top; both were the wrong size), and then a marble table arrived with two chips in the top directly opposite where the metal supports were. I found the pieces and used a few applications of superglue to set them in place and build up the surface so the repair is hard to see. They did offer to refund my payment, but refused to ship a replacement stating that the table was too delicate to ship. That's ripe seeing as how it was shipped from Italy in the first place. The person in charge of online sales was helpful; my sense is that the owners really don't care. My advice: look elsewhere as there are plenty of better options.
