I walked in with the intention of just looking but Jennifer and Diamond were beyond helpful and pleasant. I didn’t feel pressured into buying that day but confident I would not need to go home and think about it. Customer service counts also knowledge of product from the sales rep.

First sectional and Sac purchase was 6 years ago and I’m back for my new and addition as my family continues to grow! With this said I love Love sac I recommend to everyone it’s product.

I've wanted a lovesac sactional for 10 years now. Finally got one! I ordered Jan 4, 2022. Right after the holidays and in the midst of chain supply shortage we expected a delay in shipment. They told us approximately 1-3 weeks. Not at all! We actually got it in 4 days. Keep that in mind if you're moving into a new spot because it arrived early and I had to hold it at FedEx until my lease started 2 days later. (We had to pick up with our moving truck FYI - 8 sides and 5 seats). We ended up changing the style/shape of our couch, returning some pieces. I was relieved they send you boxes, the label, and scheduled pick up free of charge if you change anything within the 60-day trial. Just get yourself a tape gun and plastic if you wish to cover the cushions in case of rain. Note, my boyfriend is a tall guy and preferred the down fill in store but after living with it it was too soft for his hips and he needs support. So we exchanged "his side" of the couch (2 down blend cushions) for the standard and he loves it now. It's perfect for him and saved us money. I however LOVE the downblend and can sit on my injured tailbone with my new baby all day and feel amazing. (Wish I got this couch when I was pregnant). Finally we have something that works for both of our needs which are often extreme opposites. The couch gets 6 stars in my opinion. The price point though is still on the high end even with the warranty and return's included. The staff at this location were detailed and helpful with all my questions. Just lacked engagement. Maybe they need better music in the store or something to make their job more enjoyable? Haha. I feel every store I called around to were super charismatic and friendly. Then one of the managers I spoke to didn't seem as informed as some of the staff for my questions and I actually never got a call back from that manager. The other manager was on it though! So high price and that are my reasoning for one star down. Other than that I'm a happy camper. (Will update if my return doesn't go as smoothly as they claim.)

Although they do NOT have recliner seats the couch is very nice and extremely comfortable and the quality of the material is great.Their customer service is NOT so great. I've emailed them a couple of times regarding an incorrect order on their end and they have yet to reply. It's best to call them but the wait is very long.They should really work on customer service.

Although they do NOT have recliner seats the couch is very nice and extremely comfortable and the quality of the material is great.Their customer service is NOT so great. I've emailed them a couple of times regarding an incorrect order on their end and they have yet to reply. It's best to call them but the wait is very long.They should really work on customer service.

After numerous attempts to get someone to speak with me using the contact information on the LoveSac website, I called the store at Merrick Park in Coral Gables, Florida, and my problem was solved!Purchasing a LoveSac couch then became a five-stare experience, and I now have a five- star product.I want to especially thank Eve at the Coral Gables store, who answered my call and many questions after that to make the experience very pleasurable.

I was on the phone for over an hour with FedEx trying to arrange a vacation hold because they should have held the order until it was ready to be shipped according to your Regional Offices. They already shipped a small part of the order yesterday saying it will be delivered Friday. We won't be moving into our house until February 5th so FedEx hopefully we'll be able to hold it until then

There was some confusion about the size of pillow we needed for our configuration and they required us to disassemble and send back the entire seat so that they could send the seat assembly back with the right sized pillow. Massive inconvenience and also a bunch of shipping costs for them all to execute a pretty simple pillow swap ... We tried working with the people at this store to come up with a more practical solution but they were a nightmare.
