As a neighbor and fellow business owner on Aragon my message to the owner of La Salle Cleaners is to remember that you are here to provide a service and not the other way around.There is nothing worse than a business that gives the impression that it’s customers are there only to serve the owner’s financial interests with little regard for the customer except to when it comes to taking their payment.After a first bad experience with a suede leather jacket that they outsourced and was returned in worse condition than I brought it in for, I recently decided to give them another chance.Unfortunately they failed again.No business is perfect but if you humbly own your mistakes with the customer and you reward your special clients then usually people will be understanding and you won’t lose their business.Unfortunately, I won’t be giving themanother opportunity.Claudio Pastor

Do not use them. I was promised a jacket I needed on Wednesday. Didn’t have it done and it took 3 trips to finally get it on Friday. No offer of a discount or anything for the inconvenience.

I do not recommend this establishment. I called and asked if they could clean a simple cotton comforter quilt. They agreed and I told them I had guests arriving Saturday and this was for the guest room bed. I was told it would be ready after 5:00 pm Friday, and then the women assured me if not by Friday night then for sure Saturday morning. I stopped by at 5:30pm Friday and now I'm told it will not be ready until Monday pm. I could have taken it elsewhere and had it back by now. It will be cold Saturday and Sunday night, so now I will have to buy a new quilt. LaSalle has entirely lost my trust.

Not great. Had to resteam shirts before using them right off the dry clean . Pay a few bux more and save yourself the hassle

I am a physician and used to take all my dress shirts for cleaning. They damaged one of my shirts severely, with gross tears and chemical damage. They would not accept responsibility for it. They told me I have to wait 2 weeks for the owner to review the claim. I never got a call back. I asked again, and same story. Customer service is terrible. And their service is over priced and unreliable.

Left seat cushions for a week and a half was told it would cost $10 to repair. A week and a half later I go to pick up only to be told they couldn’t repair it. No phone call to let me know they couldn’t fix it after they said yes. Worse customer service and extremely high prices.

Excellent service. Went over and beyond normal service duties. Brought my clothes from Coral Gables to Ft. Lauderdale Airport when I was under extreme time constraints.

Expensive and careless. RETURNED A SUIT WITH ALL THE STAINS AND NOT IRONED. Refused to refund the money. Never going back.
