I purchase over $100k of furniture from Kettal. I waited a year for the delivery. The delivery from the Miami show room was chaotic to say the least. However my real beef is that four of the chairs are missing cushions which I was told changed during the manufacturing period. Three of the sheds lounges have head pillows that blow off in the slightest breeze. And I have a daybed that came dirty and the fabric was loose. My designer has spent several months trying to get Kettal to fix the order, supply better attachments, clean and fix bed, but they never respond. I would never shop from them again. They take your money upfront and then it’s goodbye forever. Kettal are bad people.

This review is based when I went to meet with my friends as we started the Coral Gables Wine Walk. Wow, this store is so beautiful, with so many cute and fresh furniture. I loved their ample space and how they had it decorated. The furniture quality seems to be great and I loved the attentive service of their staff. Thank you for making us feel welcome, and I can't wait to go back to check out and maybe get some of your product.
