I love j.Crew. I have been a customer since they opened their first store in New York. Every time I travel I always look for a j.Crew or gay cruise back to the store. Recently visited Coral gables. Sebastian was amazing Lily! So helpful. I left the store, returned 20 minutes later to buy more beautiful lemon dress, Blazer quality is exceptional

Lou was a sweetheart. It was very busy when we came. She was shuffling between few other people but was extremely attentive and helpful. She would come back to check on me and my mom and gave very honest and genuine opinions. Very kind young lady.

Be VERY careful when returning anything to this store. They will not refund you for shipping and handling (it has happened to me twice) even though this goes against and CONTRAVENES J.Crew’s policies. If you return items in store you should be refunded the FULL amount, not everything except S&H. This store is blatantly cheating its customers.

I gave this place a 4 star because there are very expensive. A pair of shorts is 20 dollars. If you are looking for nice and inexpensive clothes, this isn't the place for you.
