Long story short we gave the ring to the gentleman who then cut a piece of the ring and I mentioned this to another business similar to this one & he informed me that he mostly likely cut it so when you take the ring elsewhere you’ll be offered less then what he offered. So I will be filing a BBB Complaint for shady business practice. The guy reason for cutting was to determine the genuineness of the ring but that all was a lie. My gf is Colombian and she has always told me Cubans are very shady when it comes to business practices and to avoid such places at all costs because they will #1.
