Nice place, friendly service but a 5% charge to use a credit card is absurd. Using a credit card is a convenience and a cost of doing business. Very few businesses do that and I won't patronize those that do.

I have been a frequent customer at this pharmacy, and my experience has always been positive. Natasha and her team have consistently treated me with respect and compassion. They've helped me find my medication when other larger pharmacies have failed. The location itself is spotless and offers a cozy atmosphere that makes each visit pleasant. The only minor drawback is the occasional lack of parking outside, but this is fairly typical in the Coral Gables area.

I am VERY new to the neighborhood - I moved from NYC! - so I came to University Pharmacy on a recommendation and the service was exemplary! Everyone—from the women out front to the pharmacist in the back—were incredibly helpful, kind, smart and tremendously efficient. I cannot recommend University Pharmacy highly enough!!!

I want to recommend University Pharmacy on Valencia; they are caring, professional, and maintain value on all of the prescriptions. Ive been a customer for many years and its the only pharmacy I go to because you don't have to wait 2 hours. They’ll have your prescription ready and on time and are very efficient in the checkout process.

University Pharmacy- [ ] After years of horrible service, waiting in lines and being treated like a criminal at CVS and WALGREENS, I was at my wits end. My doctor recommended a “Private Pharmacy.” Wow! I couldn’t be happier and so relieved to have found the amazing and talented team Dr. Harni and Dr. Natasha of UNIVERSITY PHARMACY in beautiful Coral Gables. I am now Intricate humanely again, with compassion and kindness. I feel very important like a concierge service and the front and back of the house team are equally as efficient, kind, and awesome! Highly recommend University Pharmacy.
