I needed this arrangement the same day with only a couple of hours prior to viewing. I explained to Rafael I had no clue what to do, and I'm sure I wasn't clear minded due to the situation, yet Rafael immediately jumped in to guide me. He asked a couple of questions and once he found out what I was looking for he sent pictures for me to choose from.
