It's easy to get a Lender, but not a great friend, it's easy to fall but it's easier to get up when you have a great team, a professional in the whole word ♥️That without July my family would have been an expert Lender in his field and in topics that I never thought. We thank God ? for people like him, who from the beginning of our purchase of our beautiful home ? was a key piece creating a spectacular team making the road look easy. I give him 5 stars ? ???? because they don't exist anymore in Google ? hahaha but today I can say that more than my favorite Lender and now my great friend he is a great champion. I’m so thankful for having Julio helping me with my refinancing. 2021 was Probably the worst year of my life, February 4, 2021 I lost mother due to Covid and I knew that I was going to deal with a new chapter and obstacles in my life. Probate, mother assets and Of course the refinancing of the house. I was very Overwhelmed and stressed out thinking it was gonna be a very difficult process dealing with my other siblings as well . Julio made it everything but difficult, it was easy it was fast and of course he made me feel very comfortable.. I actually felt like we were family and how he took his time to get to know me was amazing!!..I’m very thankful !!
