My designer took us to the store and I was impressed with the variety, the store was beautiful, a pleasant atmosphere and all the employees were super friendly, the lady at the entrance helped us with the parking machine and offered us coffee, my designer works with iris for many years and the truth is that she has a lot of experience, when I go to make my kitchen I will return to the store without a doubt

This Company is a Joke. Paid $12,000 upfront on April 8th to buy all our plumbing fixtures in one place. Everything was in stock yet our order still only partially delivered. Tried to call, email no response.
Some items where apparently backordered but no one told us. Had to cancel those items and get a credit. This still not refunded after 3 weeks.
Keep calling customer service - all useless and dont know anything. Only the Sales person knows what she did and she's never available. Dealt with Miday G. Never again and she knows why. Coral Cables showroom Miami, want your money then Good luck getting a call back or your stuff. Terrible experience.

Met a lovely sales rep but as she was showing us around and answering our questions, the manager of the store called her aside to tell her there were clients who had walked in that needed help and suggested those clients were spenders so more important. Both ourselves and the sale rep were shocked by the Manager’s suggestion.
Needless to say we were no longer inspired to spend our money in that location.
Having been to another Ferguson location and receiving excellent service we were appalled by the treatment received.

Recently we needed to purchase a toilet and Washlet seat bidet. A family member had purchased several bathroom items from Ferguson’s Coral Gables showroom and suggested we go there as well. I highly suggest you make an appointment before going. We did, and were helped by Paula Mantilla. She was very professional, service oriented and helped us compare features and prices. We purchased a Toto toilet and Washlet and she called us the day before delivery, to confirm that we would receive our items as scheduled. Haven’t had these items long enough to share their performance, but I’m confident if there are any problems, Paula would certainly assist us. Our shopping with Ferguson’s in Coral Gables was a pleasant and informative experience.

Salespeople do not return calls or emails. Even to get service in the store is a hassle.

The staff was very helpful, very professional and assisted me with obtaining a replacement parts. Without their help I would have had to replace my faucets and the cost would have been much more.

The WORST company. Terrible sales department and post sales customer service is the worst. We have had so many issues with all the plumbing supplies purchased from that company, I don’t recommend Ferguson.

My faucet spray head stopped working properly. I went to HD but they couldn't help me. I went to Ferguson and the rep at the front desk was super helpful. She emailed their service team, and she helped me get a new faucet spray head through the manufacturer and made sure it was paid for through the warranty. I don't even know if the faucet was purchased through Ferguson, but their service desk was awesome and helped me greatly. 100% recommend for their customer service.

The Ferguson's store in Coral Gables gets a 1 star from me. I called today to buy a Thermador oven, and they said a salesperson would call back. No one did, and now the store is closed. I won't be buying from this store - they obviously don't need new customers.
